My wife bought a Jeep Renegade from this dealership about a month ago. Today she took it to have her tire looked at, it kept going low on air. There was a strut bolt missing causing the tire to lean in and rub. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

We purchased a vehicle on 12/20/2025. The car went into the shop on 12/22/2025. It was determined to have internal engine failure. We contacted Auto BSA to have the vehicle refunded. They have declined to accept responsibility for the vehicle they presented as "clean" and road worthy. It was discovered that the car was sold at auction and cannot be titled in certain states due to the mechanical salvage. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOBSA.

We live 4 hours from here. We found a car on their site with a comprehensive Carfax report and a decent price. We called and they answered all our questions. We negotiated a rate over the phone. We drove the 4 hours, test drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork as agreed upon and drove away with a clean, well working car. Thank you for a good experience!

We bought a car from this company using copart! This is terrible, they are deceivers. They removed the engine, transmission and catalytic converters from the car! They threw some other motor inside on two 2/4 wooden board! cut off the hood cable and sold it!!! I advise everyone to stay away from these scammers!
