From birth to the door
I had not intended on purchasing on that Saturday afternoon. Just wanted a test drive in a new Nissan Frontier. The salesman was comfortable to talk with and there was no pressure. After we the test drive, we discussed what I was looking for and since they didn't have one on the lot, they offered to get it (and even deliver it to my house..Oh My). After a short time at the sales table, we were asked what I wanted and what it would take to sign the deal that day. Now normally, one would think that would be a pressure situation, but it was relaxed. Needless to say, I'm a happy Nissan Owner.

Great customer relations
Although misunderstandings abounded in the details of my vehicle offer, Carriage Nissan went way beyond expectations to meet my requirements. I especially commend salesman Bruce Cantrell for his patience in working with me and for his boldness in dealing with upper management. I also commend the Customer Relations staff for assuring that my wishes were being met. I also think it is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE that Carriage management implements such an aggressive Customer Relations team. When emails got lost in cyberspace, Customer Relations saved the day. That can happen and did happen in my case.

Service Center
Having utilized the service center a couple of times now, I have been very impressed with the service team and the Carriage Nissan facility. I was most impressed when I stopped by without an appointment and was taken care of immediately.

There aren't enough words
For the 3rd time this year we found ourselves in the market for a new car. My wife gets a discount through her employer and we shopped around but just couldn't bring ourselves to buy from anyone else. Orlando is truly the best, he treats us like family and always goes above and beyond. We called Orlando and explained that the car we had just bought from him in June had been totaled in a car accident and we didn't have much to work with. Without hesitation Orlando told us to come in and he would work something out for us. Orlando doesn't just care about the sale, he care about the person buying the car and wants to make sure you're happy and satisfied. If you're in the marked for a new car, call Orlando everytime!

Awesome customer service and courteous staff.
I am a registered nurse and had worked all night when I came in.Alex Cruz was very accommodating and got me in without an appointment quickly taking into consideration that I had worked all night. He kept me informed of all aspects of the service. It is now time for my next service and I will definitely head towards Carriage Nissan . Lies and tricks.
I am not typically someone who will be offended enough to write a negative review, but my experience was awful. I was looking for a used vehicle and at first the staff was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't really have anything I was interested in, so I told them they could contact me if they got any thing. The woman and man helping me went back in forth asking me to stay and wait to say "bye" to the other person. After about 20 minutes of that, I firmly said I was leaving but they could contact me if they got anything. Then, I walked out to my car to find the girl had blocked my car in after she had told me to park it there. While I was inside, they had moved a car behind me in a corner. Her and the guy tag teamed a whole skit about lost keys to that car and encouraged me to look at this "one more car" they had pulling up. I told them both I wasn't interested but they kept going. Finally, I told her I was leaving and started backing up hoping I good navigate my way around the cars. Then, she threw her hands up in the air, I saw the key to the car blocking me in was in her hand ( revealing she had been lying to me about the missing key the entire time), and finally moved the car. I will not be returning, even if she finds a good deal, because I do not want to purchase a vehicle from someone who would lie and try to trick me like that. I know car dealers can have some fancy talking and footwork, but that was just ridiculous. I caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them, because they are full of trick, lies, and games.

Upon further investigation, it appears that the woman you dealt with was in fact not a sales consultant, and was simply assisting another one of our sales consultants on the day of your visit. The vehicle in question was not intentionally placed to block you in, it was simply an accidental error by another sales consult, not involved in your vehicle inquiry. Upon realizing that you were blocked in, the female associate you were dealing with went to retrieve the key from the sales consultant, and met you outside. She did indicate that she had the key to the other vehicle in her possession; however, she did not intend to make you feel as though you were being held captive, and for that we truly apologize. At Carriage Nissan, we do not tolerate old school "lies and tricks" and make it a top priority to provide our customers with an honest, professional, and transparent experience, in hopes of welcoming another lifetime customer to our Carriage Family. The BEST!
This was my first time buying a new car ever. I had been to 8 different dealerships, all promising the same LOW prices..and LOW PAYMENTS..but no one could deliver like Carriage Nissan did. They took my hunk of junk car in as a trade! They gave me a GREAT car, very dependable, very good on gas, and i couldnt be any more happier than what i am now! I recommend going to see them! All the other dealerships give you the run around and try to make you feel like you are dumb and don't know what you are talking about. Adam Hague was as translucent as he could get, he made sure i understood everything i was signing, and was completely happy with my car before i left! So grateful for them, and their kind services! I will definitely be back, and will send more people too!
