They’re organized and respectful of the customer’s time. Of course, I’m never a fan of having to spend money on my car, but this dealership’s service department is a pleasure to deal with.

Sales team was very friendly and helpful.

Sales team was very friendly and helpful. The dealership is beautiful and inviting. I did not work with Kevin so cannot rate him. Jose Saravia helped us and he was very professional and nice. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend them to family and friends,. Thank you for everything I really love my new car. Honda is an exceptional vehicle. Keep up the good work!

Every member of the team I interfaced with was courteous

Every member of the team I interfaced with was courteous and professional. Problem was diagnosed communicated and repaired as promised. Management should rethink the 3% surcharge for credit card. Marissa went above and beyond assisting me while the Service Department was closed for Labor Day.

Christie was a pleasure!

Christie was a pleasure! She scheduled a convenient time to have our Passport serviced and correct a recall issue. Work was completed ahead of time and we had our vehicle for the holiday weekend. Completely satisfied!

I had a 9am appt for a NYS inspection.

I had a 9am appt for a NYS inspection. I didnt leave the dealership till 11:30am. I also had a issue with one of the rear windows, that once i found out it would cost 170.00, I told Stephanie, to forget about having the Tech, do the Evaluation. It was done anyway as a courtesy. Which was fine since I didnt have any idea as to what kind of Warrenty I had on the car. Stephanie helped me get the info about my Warrenty. My visit was last Saturday 8/26. Stephanie told me she would contact me with more info about getting the window mechanism repaired on mon, or tuesday, 8/28 or 8/29. As of today 9/2, I still have not gotten any contact from her. I want to give 5 stars to everyone but since it took 2 1/2 hrs as i stated earlier, and no contact from Stephanie about getting my car window repaired, must give out only 3 stars. The reason, I came to the dealership is because Mariano Rivera is a man of Faith and Integrity, and so am I. That being said I will come back, but I am still waiting for Stephanie or someone from the service dept to contact me. Thank you and God Bless!
