Walked in at 11 am.
Walked in at 11 am. Met with Nick Sciarrotto and long story short returned my car and left with a now Accord EX the same day! Nick was honest and open and it was the easiest most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this dealership. The staff is friendly, accommodating and eager to please. I can’t say enough about my experience with Kevin.
I can’t say enough about my experience with Kevin. Johnny was a great salesperson and Kevin sealed the deal. I didn’t really know if I wanted to buy or lease and Kevin read the situation right and got me into a beautiful leased Pilot for a reasonable monthly price. I’ve had very different experiences with sales managers in the past. Kevin was, by far, the nicest and most professional manager I have ever worked with. I would definitely come back because of this positive experience!

I can not believe that the mechanic refused to work with
I can not believe that the mechanic refused to work with the new parts that i had spent 3500.00 on the catalytic converter I had installed by another mechanic to get the oxygen sensor stop making the engine light go on. Your mechanic gave me only one choice to replace the entire cat system in its entirety for 4500.00 after I had a new converter put in already.They suggested that was all they can do for me because they were not Honda parts. They really wanted me to pay for 2 cat converters or sell the car with 124,000 miles. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to do what Honda service suggested. It was bad enough that I had to pay you over 180 dollars to find out your mechanic could not fix my car to stop the engine light from going on. I am very dissappointed that a mechanic could not fix the problem I have with my car. I will no longer bring my car to be fixed by Honda ever again. No thanks will be given by me. You lost a customer for life.
