Buying a car is very intimidating.

Buying a car is very intimidating. Johnny was knowledgeable and accommodating. Disappointed in the fact that it is necessary to buy Honda Extended warranty and the cost it adds to the price of the car.

I recently bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid from Mariano

I recently bought a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid from Mariano Honda. My experience was great! They were very transparent with the sale of the car. They accommodated us with the car i was trading in. I didn't feel like i was being jerked around which is important. Nick S was my salesman and Enrique B was the sales manager. I have to say they made my car buying experience quick and EASY! Im glad to have found this dealership. The people were extremely nice and very informative. I also got a lot of perks for leasing my vehicle here. 5 stars all the way!!

We were having a hard time finding an available Honda

We were having a hard time finding an available Honda Odyssey and were getting ready to travel 7+ hours to get into one. Luckily we tried Mariano Rivera Honda on a whim before we did that - not only did they have the car in stock but the salesman David Barber took care of us from start to finish. Delivered exactly what he said he would. Cavene Bonnick got us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently and we were off in our new car. We would 100% go back to this dealership in the future. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, new, and clean dealership.

Beautiful, new, and clean dealership. The drive-in for the service area is great especially when it is one of those bad weather days. Stephanie and Christie were both great polite, courteous, professional, and paid attention to detail. After the service, my truck got washed, which was a surprise. At the dealership where I purchased the truck, the salesman told me the truck would be washed, but he didn't have it washed. There was a privacy cover for the rear cargo area on the test drive. Wasn't there when I picked the truck up and when questioned about the cover, he stated "If it is not in there now there was none". I am really happy with the Mariano Rivera Honda, they did the small things that the dealership that I bought the truck from didn't. I would have given five stars and rated everything Very Good, but I brought the truck in for a recall on Saturday, and when I left there was a rattle under the dashboard. It was a rattle I could not live with. They were closed Sunday and brought the truck back Monday. I was in and out in 15 mins. with the rattle gone. I guess you could say I am really critical of the small inconvenience. Compared to the other dealer, Mariano Rivera Honda and the staff are definitely five stars. I feel the recall was rushed (it took all day) and if that extra time was taken I wouldn't have had to bring the truck back. No harm no foul. I will not go back to the dealership I bought the truck from, Mariano Rivera Honda is now my new dealership.

Overall was a great experience going in dropping off my

Overall was a great experience going in dropping off my car discussing everything that needed to be done with my car pricing getting into my loaner. She went above and beyond to give me the car I wanted. I was told roughly my estimate was $1,430 when I arrived to pick up the car it was 2350 I was a little upset but it is what it is I did approve an additional buyer to be installed so I know it would be a little bit more than the original 1430 I was supposed to receive some discounts. They were only able to Discount me a hundred bucks. I ended up paying almost $800 more than what I bought was estimated. Other than that my overall experience is great great atmosphere great people. One thing I was not happy about was my power steering fluid was past the low level marking. Other than that my experience is great I wish they would have seen that.
