Great place, great people. Johnny is knowledgeable, professional and patient. There was no pressure and everyone was so friendly. We love our new SUV!

Brought my car in to this dealership for the first time

Brought my car in to this dealership for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation. It was closer than Smithaven, where I usually go, and I had received coupons in the mail, so I thought I would try it out. At first, the coupon I brought in for a tire rotation in addition to the oil change was not accepted, but I asked, and the manager approved it. I enjoyed the spacious set up, and that it was quiet and not crowded with people. The waiting areas were spotless and comfortable. I was able to get lots of work done sitting at a table while waiting in the kids nook, which was empty. Complimentary coffee, tea and cold water were available there, but I overheard at least 2 people ask for creamer, which had apparently run out, with no offers to replenish it, which would have been the professional response. After 90”, I got my car, which they had washed, as a courtesy - what a nice gesture! I received 2 service recommendations, and will likely return, due to the positive experience. I will continue to come here if it continues. Thank you.

I was very happy with my overall experience with my purchase. Everyone was professional and helpful towards me. My sales specialist (Nick Sciarrotto) helped from beginning to end and answered any and all of my questions and there was no pressure at all.

It was a positive experience.

It was a positive experience. Everyone was professional throughout the entire process. I was very happy with my overall experience with my purchase. Everyone was professional and helpful. My sales specialist Brendan Tucker and manager Kevin Giron helped from beginning to end and answered any and all of my questions. There was no pressure at all. The best experience ever and thank to Breandan and Kevin I would always go back to Mariano Rivera Honda, and I have already referred other family and friends.
