I purchase a new CRV 3 weeks ago from this dealership. By far this was the best new car purchase experience I have had. The staff was very professional and made the purchase process very simple. I have trust in this service team to keep my new car in perfect condition. The free car wash is perform well and quickly. I highly recommend Mariano Rivera Honda.

I received a very warm welcome at the beautiful, new

I received a very warm welcome at the beautiful, new Mariano Rivera Honda Dealership, from ALL of the staff I encountered. Dave Barber explained everything very clearly and patiently, and was so enjoyable to talk to. I really love that the sales manager, Frank Rossano, came over to speak with us throughout the process, to make sure that our experience was happy. Finally, Nicolas Malena made sure that the sale process and extended warranty selection was a good fit for us. The entire process, beginning with researching the cars on the dealer website, to making an appointment, to working with our salesperson, test driving the cars, trade-in, paperwork, etc., went very smoothly. A lovely car-buying experience overall. I am enjoying riding my new 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport tremendously! Extremely pleased and telling all of our friends and family!! Bravo, Mariano Rivera Honda!!!

Never called me back to let me know car is ready, was

Never called me back to let me know car is ready, was never told I would be charged 3 % using ( $24.00 who carries around $800 cash ) a credit card. Young lady eating lunch ( chicken parts ) at front desk . Don’t you guys have a lunch room for employees? Good luck., I’ll go to Nardy.

Very friendly.

Very friendly. I was there for a screw in my tire. Brand new car ! They repaired it with a patch not sure if they rebalanced it looks like the weights are missing

I was very happy when Mariano Rivera Honda opened near my home. The staff are very accommodating, helpful and very professional. The service is great and I have not had any issues. I am thinking about upgrading my HRV and definitely will go back for a consultation with Frank Rossano.

I had a great experience with Mariano Rivera both with

I had a great experience with Mariano Rivera both with the purchase and with the service department. Although I did not have a major issue with my Ridgeline I did have the service department install a hard cover for the truck bed and had the VIN # etched onto the catalytic converter. The process was smooth and quick. The staff were courteous and friendly. I have absolutely no concerns that when/if I ever do need service it will be handled as well as this service was handled.
