Honest and straightforward service department. Very easy to schedule an appointment online or by phone. They are very accomodating and the pricing is very afforable and much more competitive than other local Honda dealerships. The waiting area is immacuately clean and comfortable. Mariano Rivera Honda is awesome. So happy that an honest (and beautiful!) Honda dealership joined the Port Jefferson community. We were buying out one lease and getting a new lease as well. Our salesman, David, was knowledgable and extremely patient. Everyone we met from start to finish was friendly and enthusiastic and most importantly, honest. Brand new dealership. Very modern looking. STAFF was extremely helpful. They located my car and we went for a test drive. It was a wonderful . Helpful hint! Each salesperson should have his own sitting place.
