I was in the dealership for about 6 hrs too long. I knew car I wanted, made appt to come in and said when I had to leave by.

Thought we would try this center as it is closer to home

Thought we would try this center as it is closer to home than Baron in Patchogue. Brought my car in for an oil change. The receipt indicated that the incorrect weight oil was used. When my husband called the service center he was told that the correct oil was used but the incorrect one was printed on the receipt. Because we were not sure, my husband decided to change the oil himself. When he drained the oil it was exceptionally dark with particulate matter - it truly looked as if the oil had not been changed. The car had been driven 6.2 miles between the service center and my home. If that wasn't disturbing enough, they changed the license plate brackets so that I would be advertising their dealership.

I'm the kind of person who likes to research everything.

I'm the kind of person who likes to research everything. I was considering two vehicles The 2023 Ranger and the Ridgeline. After the shock of new vehicle pricing, (my last new vehicle was a 1998 Ranger XLT) I finally chose the Ridgeline. I shopped multiple dealers, even those who are trueprice dealers and prices thru Costco car buying program. Our agreed price was not the lowest, but so very close to the other offers. Tom is a good and fair sales person. He was very helpful, not pushy and knows the products he sells. Rivera Honda is new to our neighborhood. It's a beautiful dealership and everyone there seems to want to make a great success. go a search out Tom and this dealership, I highly recommend them. Vehicle purchased 2-6-23.
