I recently purchased a 2016 Cadillac CTS Sedan from Victory Cars Central in Levittown, and I have to say — this team deserves all the recognition possible. From the moment I walked in, Steve, Jordan, Santiago and the rest of the staff treated me like family. They went above and beyond to make what seemed impossible, possible. My credit situation wasn’t perfect, yet they did everything in their power — every creative, professional, and honest move — to make sure I could drive away in the car I wanted, with zero down payment. The vehicle itself runs incredibly well, and while it has a few minor cosmetic blemishes (as expected for a used car), the performance and reliability are outstanding. What mattered most was how this team handled the entire process — with transparency, effort, and genuine care. Steve and Jordan were absolute superheroes. They didn’t just sell a car; they restored my confidence in how good people and great service can change your day. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly puts the customer first, and Victory Cars Central absolutely did that. This place is terrible with communication.

This place is terrible with communication. I called last night to make sure the car I wanted was still there because it’s a 6 hour drive from where I live. The receptionist told me the car was still available and I asked her to call me if it sold. She agreed and never called me, so I assumed the car didn’t sell. Today I got up early, emailed my professors I wouldn’t be in class, since I’m a college student, and me and my significant other and drove halfway there before she sent me a text, she didn’t call, she sent me a text saying the car sold last night. Why didn’t the receptionist call me last night after I specifically asked her to if the car sold? Why did she send me a text instead of calling me as I was driving HALFWAY there? She knew that I lived far and she knew that I was getting up extremely early to drive 6 hours to buy the car. This dealership clearly doesn’t have great communication with their customers and they clearly do not care about their customers. As long as they make a sale.

⚠️ WARNING – Dishonest Dealer! ⚠️ This place is a complete scam. They advertise cars at one price online, but when you show up the price magically jumps $4,000+. We called ahead to confirm the $15,000 price, drove two hours, and once we got there: • They ran my credit right away. • Refused to tell me the actual purchase price, only pushed monthly payments. • Finally admitted the “$15,000 car” would actually cost around $26,000. • Tried to delay giving me the car — and based on reviews, they may even swap vehicles later (most people don’t check VINs). The worst part? The car is STILL listed online at $15,000 today just to bait people in. 🚨 Don’t waste your time, money, or credit score. Stay FAR away from this place

In other words, the real price of the vehicle is over $34,000, but they deceptively advertise the post-down-payment amount as the sale price. This kind of pricing structure is incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch. It’s not just a poor sales tactic—it’s dishonest. Buyers should be made fully aware of the total cost of the vehicle, not tricked into thinking they’re getting a deal when they’re actually not. I strongly recommend reading the fine print (if you can even find it) and asking very specific questions before setting foot in this place. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there—don’t waste your time with one that relies on smoke and mirrors.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there to purchase a vehicle and the same night on the way home I experienced problems which was 20 mins off the lot. I called them that same night on my way home I was told I would get a call the next day. I received no call back the next day I called 12pm and was told someone would return my call. I called again around 530pm no call back the next day. I called THE NEXT DAY and was told someone would call back and I actually received a call back from the very person I was told finance manager couldn’t help me. They advised to bring the car to their mechanic to have it looked at. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable I just bought the car on that Monday and I have to bring the car to be serviced which should’ve been prior to me leaving the lot. I went to the dealership and requested a refund I was told by the sales manager that it’s not possible only in cases of engine and transmission. I then allowed them to “fix” the vehicle I make my way home which is an hour and a half away and the steering wheel is now straight but GOING INTO OTHER LANES SLOWLY I call them immediately I’m told they were come get the car and do a FULL DIAGNOSTIC which should’ve already been done and that someone would call me just park the car until then. It’s been TWO DAYS since and no call back. I am highly disappointed and disgusted for the lack of accountability and also the lack of communication and integrity of this business. Now I’m stuck with a unworking vehicle DO NOT purchase anything from THESE FRAUDS.

I was ready to purchase A VEHICLE.

I was ready to purchase A VEHICLE. Test drove and all. Sat down and the salesman returned from the managers office and added $2995 to the price before taxes and dealer fees. If they cant be honest about the price of the car what else are they hiding? They are a scummy used car dealership. Avoid at all cost! I ended up getting a vehicle somewhere else and they didn't play games with the price like i am some sucker. It wasn't the price of the car it was because they tried to play me because they knew i drove over an hour to see this car. They say there is an xxx for every seat, DONT BE THEIR xxx! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Do not waste your time with these people!

Do not waste your time with these people! I specifically asked about the fees besides the price for the vehicle. I told the staff that I was coming from another state. I spoke with three people and was asked to book my flight and provide the flight details when done. After booking my flight, I called to let them know I would be flying in the next morning. This is when I was transferred to a manager that told me the price did not include the 25% down in cash that they require. The manager tried arguing with me saying this is how everyone does it. I am extremely disappointed with their predatory behavior and practices!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Before I came in they assured me that the price is what I will get. I wasted 4hrs driving and 1hr there just to find out that the price promoted online was after the down-payment of 25%. Wow! Unbelievable! There should be some law in regards to transparency and misleading customers in dealerships. My 4yr old daughter was so tired. Wished I never came in this dealership.
