This dealership needs better help

i leased a newqx60 and was never shown how to work the I have called and went new system had to go back and finally the tech advisor Matt showed us how work everything.The car was leased on Dec 9th with temporary plates expiring Jan 6th I called and went in person and was promised I would have them by the 8th to date no plates or a call back

It was a pleasure meeting Aaron Potocny and working with him on my new Infiniti QX50. He greeted me with a smile and positive attitude which made me feel right at home.
