I had an amazing experience at this dealership purchasing my infinity qx60. Aaron and Christian were amazing!!! Great attitude, not pushy, accommodating and above all a great deal! I bought the car for a good price compared to the market and my trade-in value was surprisingly high compared to other dealerships. Aaron is the best sales guy out there. If you need a car, you should probably check them out and ask for Aaron.

I turned in my 3rd Infiniti which was a lease
I purchased a QX80 July 2n and my temp tag expired on August 3rd. I have not received my new tags or another temp tag. I have been repeatedly told that it’s coming or it is FedEx. No tracking number or anything. I been giving the runaround. Unable to speak with a manager. Every time I call mailboxes are full. Horrible service. Edison Infiniti is where I purchased the truck.

I had come from leasing cars at another Infiniti
I had come from leasing cars at another Infiniti dealership that is no longer in the area, so I decided to give this one a try. I was not disappointed at all. I have been in many dealerships before I fell in love with Infiniti so I know especially being a female, alone, it can feel very 'salesy' and some places put so much pressure to the point where I have walked out. Not this place. Rahul was a great salesman and did not make me feel pressured at any point. My lease still had alot of time left, so there was a mutual understanding that I was in no rush and did not NEED a car. There was a car I loved and had wanted since Infiniti came out with it (QX55). Rahul worked with me and after a bit he was able to get me in the car I wanted at a price that was comfortable for me. I very much appreciate everything he did to help get me the car, again even though I still had time on my lease and did not NEED to get a car that day. I also very much appreciate how he did not make me feel rushed or pressured. Although I was there WAAYYY past closing time, he still offered to show me any features I may have questions about before I left when he could have just said when you pick up your plates we will go over things. He is a great salesman and Edison Infiniti now has a loyal customer for years to come. I also want to say, two days later I had to go back to get a detail (since I did leave so late the day I got the car and it just came off the truck) and while I was there, the other employees greeted me by name as they had remembered it and were very friendly during my wait that day.
