First I am female recently separated from my husband and when I arrived, went inside said about the car I was here to see and would like to test drive it. It was already getting dark, went for test drive the man with me stated as driving says drive it like you stole it and did not wear his seat belt, it drove fine, but there was a little kick that wasn’t real sure about and said why is that and was told it was lane assist, never heard of this, but thought it could make sense. When we arrived back, he told me to leave the car on and he would put the heat on, to get the dampness out of car and then I stated that the tire pressure light was on and he said we will definitely put air in the tires. So now I went inside to take care of paperwork, so I was told there was a 2 year warranty on car and I asked how is that when the sticker on car says “as is no warranty”, was told there is definitely a warranty on car, so called insurance to add vehicle, signing the paperwork and originally I had stated I had a down payment of $1500.00 and then was told I needed more down and then it was $2,500.00, so I agreed and then she said that gap insurance was being taking off and needed to be there, they got another associate in to figure out why and was said that the down payment was to much had to lower it to $2,000, so when all done I said about the air in tired and she said of course I’ll take it around back and do that when I put the plate on. Now next day I go out to car and notice that 2 tires looked like they needed new ones, so I was a little upset that I didn’t notice this cause it was dark the night before, so I went to a garage for price of tires and was told I needed 2 for sure , but really all 4 need to be replaced so got price of $170.00 a tire, so was told they would be in next day, so later that day went to visit a friend 45 minutes away and when driving I noticed every time I let off the gas the car would kick out to one side or the other so was on turnpike and this was a little scary, so when came home I sat down and reviewed the loan paperwork and saw that the loan total was over $12,000 for a $6,000. Purchase, so I called at dealership cause had a few questions, well spoke with owner of dealership and asked why this was so much and he told me it was over $2,000 for the 2 year warranty and over $1,000., for the gap insurance so I said it was never stated to me that I was paying for those items and he said you can call the loan company and drop them that it was my decision to have them or not, well that was never brought to my attention, so I said about the tires and he said his mechanics report stated everything was good and I said I just purchased the car yesterday and understand that it is my loss, but it was dark and never thought about checking the tires, so then I stated about the way the car drove and he again about the mechanics report and I said I am a female and came by myself to purchase the car I don’t give a crap what the mechanics report states the car doesn’t drive right and 2 tires are no good I’ll bring the car back and drop it off in the lot, and don’t care if I suffer the loss cuz this is bull! So then he told me to bring car down tomorrow and they will take a look, so I went to my husbands and told him you need to take car for a ride something isn’t right, so we did and he said the whole motor was lifting up and when came back down that was throwing the car to the side, so he went along with me the next day and he said he would take care of the 2 tires that wasn’t under warranty and that it was the arm claws that needed to be fixed and that would be under warranty so left car there on Friday and said Monday car would be done, next day called and would be down for garage door opener in car , so it was snowing n called and said I won’t be down but was told car was done, arrived they closed early, no call, car was outback got it, days later noticed wasnt my spare key had to go get mine Look somewhere else for Car

purchased car for 9K in July with less than 90K miles for my daughters to drive to school. They just got their licenses in Sept and car is already out of commission with a head gasket issue. $2300 to fix it. They're selling junk.

Great cars and even better prices. Clear and thorough communication through the entire sales process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or sell a car.
