Be aware of their bait and switch tactics. Prior to the appointment they spammed me with text messages to confirm I was going in. They lure you in with an appointment for a car, and when you get there they say, "we sold it an hour ago, but we have other options." I'm not mad at them for selling the car... but a courtesy call to let me know the car was no longer available was warranted, before taking an hour drive to get there. Thanks for the lesson boys!

It's called a bad management!!! I was told they would match Carvana offer. I was asked to send the offer from Carvana and my Vin#. Which I complied with down to the T. I explained I was driving 6 and half hrs and I needed everything in writing. I was told the salesman was sent home, because he was making offers for cars the company could not stand behind. I asked to have a manager to return my call. I heard nothing from the company. Called back and after several phones. I was told " We can't match Carvana and offered 4000 less. What a crock. Do not trust thier word. Pass this company up unless you want a bunch of lies.
