Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chicago

I emailed this car dealership through your website and after many days have still not received any communication from them via phone text or email. Terrible communication on their part.

Bought a new Jeep Wrangler with Corning Gorilla Glass from the dealership and got a rock to the windshield that cracked the windshield within first month. Contract CDJR of Chicago's service department and they had me come in 8/28 to take pictures to file a claim. Service person said they had a few of these they were working on. Waited a week and heard nothing. Called and they said they were waiting on the claim to be processed. Then got a text asking pictures of the serial numbers on 9/6/24. Its 9/19/24 and no one has reached out to me. Called today and the service person checked notes that said the claim was denied. Why do we pay extra for Gorilla Glass? Why can't someone communicate with me on what to do?

I signed up for an appointment of what to see a specific car, they confirmed to me by phone. When I arrived the car was sold. It's a pity but it happens. I signed up for another appointment about another car, when I arrived, then there was no car, the director of the salon left on it.

Diana is an amazing saleswoman! She was mindful of my time and efficient with making sure I understood my entire deal and going over my new 2024 Jeep Compass High Altitude trim. Abdulla, the GSM made sure I received the all applicable rebates and incentives on my lease and made the trade-in of my old vehicle fair and painless. David and Marco were great at getting my new Compass ready for my test drive - porters were busy and instead of making me wait they went to bring it for me. They seemed almost as excited about it as I was! They reassured me I was getting a great vehicle at a great price. Nick, the finance manager made that part easy and painless and also very efficient. No hard sell on any part of my acquisition. My experience was amazing all around. I don't think I've ever had such an efficient and quick lease/purchase experience like this.
