The biggest xxxxxxxx in South Florida. I was trying to swap out of a lease that I'm underwater on, and Jojo and Javier called me to their dealership not once, not twice, but 3 separate times promising me they had a solid deal for me over the phone, only for me to arrive and be told by their manager that they couldn't do the deal. The only reason why I went back the third time was because a competing dealer told me they were able to get me into the same deal Doral Kia had falsely promised me, but the other vehicle didn't have the vehicle color I wanted. Javier told me I needed to get a full price breakdown/sales worksheet from the other dealer in order for them to even attempt to match it, which I found funny because whenever I ask Doral Kia to show me a sales worksheet, they refuse or don't let you take a photo of it. I told them I didn't feel right about deceiving the other deal just to get them to print out the sales worksheet for me on their numbers. Then I get a call from their bdc girl Jojo, who already had a history of making false promises to me, who tells me she went above the manager and spoke to the GM and he approved a deal to match the other dealership. I show up, and NO SURPRISE, it was the same xx as always with these clowns. Ismael (manager) changed the numbers on me vs what Jojo quoted me over the phone, even after I had called back and asked her to confirm what she was telling me was accurate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE xxxxxxxx!!

Bought a car 8 days ago- CPO certified with less than 15k miles. drove it less than 300 miles. Car began overheating and had to get it towed. No worries, I have warranty..... but no, they said I caused the damage, and are charging me 2k to fix. Been trying to reach out. They wont pick up the phone. It was a 2024 sportage kia. They reply to my reviews on google and yelp saying "please reach out" except they never answer. Sent multiple emails and calls. Dont buy from here!
