To be honest, I have never gone to this dealership.

To be honest, I have never gone to this dealership. However, with these negative reviews, I wouldn’t even consider buying anything from them. When dealership management doesn’t respond on reviews, watch out. I’ve been looking for Chrysler crossfire, apparently they have one for sale at a pretty reasonable price. But because of their horrible reviews, Wouldn’t think going through the hassle of getting feed to death. Our elected representatives should pass law for ALL used cars advertised should have ALL IN price, including fees broken down.

Poor customer service and not willing to deal at all.

Poor customer service and not willing to deal at all. Numerous people contacting me and trying to sell me something without willing to negotiate on their end at all. Wanted to sell me a used vehicle for the same amount as new one.

These people are nothing more than liars and con artists

These people are nothing more than liars and con artists I retired from Chrysler Corporation after 18 years and I have never dealt with any dealership within 1,000 Mi radius of Washington DC that ever conned and screwed people like this dealership does for many personal reasons I traded a $30,000 vehicle I am due cash back because they forced me into a crappy beat up not really safe for the road vehicle Toyota Highlander and made me sign the paperwork after 7 hours of setting at the dealership. They are cons and xxxxxxxx they deserve to lose their business license! They owe me $4,288.64 not to mention they weasel a lousy $2 in on the deal to benefit them they all lie!

Texted me saying the vehicle I inquired about was available today,I responded within 20 minutes then they text back saying it sold on Saturday,obviously they don’t know what’s going on

Called and made appt for my wife's vehicle.

Called and made appt for my wife's vehicle.. came in and after waiting over 2hrs went to the service Managers office to nicely ask when it would be done since everyone else looked very busy. The woman who was smoking a vape and texting on her phone rudely told me to go ask whomever it was that signed me in without even looking up at me.. I was helped eventually by someone else. But this is the last time I bring my wife's car here or buy a vehicle from this dealership. Customer service has always been good here but obviously not any longer. I would not recommend them for service or sales at this point .

Why I came to buy a car here was the first call the lady

Why I came to buy a car here was the first call the lady Lacey was very pleasant.. The salesman that sold me my vehicle was also very nice and professional. Now why I gave a 3 star is the financial manager Matt was not. After I left I tried calling him to ask if he could put the warranty on the loan and I would pay more money down. I even went back the next day to speak to him and he wasn't there. I wasn't even given my paperwork with the tag registration. An other man did make copies for me. I forgot his name. But he was very pleasant. Ellery another manager was very pleasant at first. But after the deal was almost finished I got the feeling he was upset with me when I questioned the interest rate. I have a very small budget. Single and live on social security. If you think you are done with buy the vehicle and go in Matt's office to be pushed to buy gap insurance and a warranty. I was exhausted from being there from 11:45 and I left at 4:15. I would not recommend someone to buy a car here. If there's other sites where I have to give a review it probably will remain the same as this review negative don't buy a car here.
