Overall, I like the truck and appreciate the time spent with me. However, there were several parts of the buying experience that left me disappointed and confused. Multiple occasions where the truth was not told and financing was deceptive. Difficultly getting ahold of anyone. I read some bad reviews of this dealership but chose to ignore them - unfortunately, It was not a great buying experience.

I had a couple of problems at first but when it came right down to it I got exactly the car I wanted. Jeffery Smith was a very good salesman that I would highly recommend.

Just leased a new 2026 Corolla Cross from Donovan at Sebring Toyota and the experience couldn't have been better. Donovan was very helpful,knowledgeable,and kind. I sincerely recommend him and the dealership without hesitation.

Where they found the Service manager here is beyond me, she was rude, clueless about everything asked and never called back about the issue after calling several times about oil leaking after our oil change. After coming in because she wouldn't return our calls, which by the way were very polite messages just asking for them to take a look. She said we would have to make another appointment. We went directly to another dealership were they told us the drain plug was not tightened and could have even fallen out. We and most folks around here all say the same thing...stay far away from this place !

To be honest, I have never gone to this dealership. However, with these negative reviews, I wouldn’t even consider buying anything from them. When dealership management doesn’t respond on reviews, watch out. I’ve been looking for Chrysler crossfire, apparently they have one for sale at a pretty reasonable price. But because of their horrible reviews, Wouldn’t think going through the hassle of getting feed to death. Our elected representatives should pass law for ALL used cars advertised should have ALL IN price, including fees broken down.
