Very poor customer service!

Very poor customer service!!!! Earlier this year purchased a 2022 Explorer to tow a small camper trailer and was told by the salesperson that it had a 5000# towing capacity. I had a class IV trailer hitch installed and a electric brake controller only to find out that the actual towing capacity was 3000#. When I went to the dealership the salesperson said he didn't remember and wasn't apologetic. When I inquired about buying a different vehicle he offered me $7,000.00 less than what I paid. That was a very expensive lease for six months. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and my son purchased a $70,000.00 truck from them when they were Keller Ford. We would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

From the beginning of the process to the end it was a bad

From the beginning of the process to the end it was a bad experience. The car was advertised with the wrong mileage and no title in possession. We were prepared to purchase the vehicle the day we saw it. Is it customary to not have a title and advertise a vehicle? We told the salesperson we needed it by a date, but it wasn't ready after two weeks. At the end of the month, we were on vacation in Maine and the salesperson was trying to get the sale for the end of the month. (he told us) We asked to wait until we returned. The car was delivered to us, which we appreciated but was dropped off with no temporary plate. The man who delivered it was backing out of our driveway and he had the keys to the car! I had to run after him for the keys. The batteries in the key were low and I had to replace them immediately. When at the License Bureau there were mistakes and your dealership had to rewrite the paperwork and send it in three times. The Indiana License Bureau told my husband and me that it was obvious your dealership didn't care about us as customers with the way it was written up. They said we paid a lot for the car and the paperwork had several mistakes on it. Being a Dealership you should know better. I was in tears because of the entire experience. I am the one buying the vehicle and they continuously referred to my husband, even sending this email to him.

Great experience working with Eric Berti.

Great experience working with Eric Berti. Ordered a Ranger Pickup and Eric kept me up to date on mfg schedules. Very good communications and willing to find answers to my questions. No nonsense and eager to please.

First time ever taking my car in to get fixed so I took

First time ever taking my car in to get fixed so I took my 2012 Ford Focus in and told them I already had it quoted for a new transmission at 3,100$. They checked it out and quoted me at 11,156$ for a new transmission, which I didn't take and is an outrageous price. They then proceeded to charge me 176$ for checking computer codes. I've had previous friends and family members tell me there checkup there and at other places is typically 75-100$ for a full car checkup. I got my car back and it wouldn't even start to which they offered no compensation. These types of issues should be reported to the Secretary of State and I advise other's with these problems to do the same.

Octavia Brom made my experience wonderful.

Octavia Brom made my experience wonderful. It took a little longer to get me financing because of my credit but she was so patient. There was a problem w a sensor so she gave me another vehicle overnight to drive no problem. I would totally ask for Octavia again. Never was anything a problem!!!

Dunk and Robert V were awesome.

Dunk and Robert V were awesome. They did the complete transaction of my truck via phone and email seamlessly. My schedule being busy that was a game changer. I have bought vehicles from Dunk in the past and service is always top level from him and his teams....... Jeff
