I did not go here in person, the vehicle was delivered to

I did not go here in person, the vehicle was delivered to me as the deal was done at another LaFontaine location. The Grand Rapids team for the leasing process was great. Very friendly, very professional and pretty efficient. Andrew Taranto has been absolutely amazing to work with and definitely a key player in me continuing to do business with them. The finance manager was super kind and very helpful as well, it was a pleasure speaking with her. The delivery driver who brought me the car was awesome and overall fantastic person. Even though they brought me the wrong color car as it was advertised incorrectly on their website it actually worked out for the better!! how about that!

Don't let sales pressure talk you into the extended

Don't let sales pressure talk you into the extended warranty from easy care. Never again will I do business with either. Very unhappy with the vehicle's failure in the 7 months and the warranty doesn't cover a 2K electrical sensor. And it's not even driven for days at a time. Piece of Ford crap. No stars
