Used car experience

I went to Lustine Dodge with the intention to buy a used car, I was met by the friendly and helpful Michael Ballard who took the time to research the exact kind of car I was looking for. He picked out multiple cars which fell into my price range and desired vehicles, and also took the time to take me on multiple test drives. I appreciate the time and effort he took with me, and I will be returning for future car purchases. Thanks Mike!

Joey Mollica Rocks

Customer Service and Shuttle Experience

Lustine has truly done a 360 with their service!!! I had the pleasure of having Dexter (shuttle driver) take me back home while my car was being serviced. The experience of having someone polite, pleasant, wonderful attitude and just a blessing overall made the ease of my car being in the shop that much easier!!!!! Thank You Dexter for the wonderful experience and great conversation. Don't stop smiling :)

Awful customer service they just want your money and liers

Very upset... be very careful with the Finance Mike Mass , the only thing he does is make you sign papers, does not explain all of the charges, FIRST TIME BUYERS..!! please have your finance person explain each and everyone of yours charges.!! TRY TO NOT DEAL WITH Mike Mass - Finance and Avoid the General Manager Jason Dill, The general manager is a waist of time, racist and did not want to provide any solution to the extra charges, neither take them out... GAP insurance is optional and he said could not take any of the charges out.!. Sales person was very good. just need a replacement on the Finance and Manager, need better customer service..!!! I AM BASICALLY STUCK WITH THE AMOUNT THEY WANTED TO ADD ME EXTRA..!! I am very happy with my JEEP but I was ROBBED. IMAGING been told from the "General Manager" You should know everything..!! if you are going to buy a car..! come on. I am a first time buyer, YOU Should train better your employees and have them go item by item. I hope the owner read this and he could do something about it.!

Very happy!!

They worked with me until I left with the car I've been wanting for years. My salesman was Doug Canty and he made sure I didn't leave until I was satisfied. Great dealership all around.

Great service !

I just purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willys Wheleer. Since day one, The sales person was very kind and professional which motivated me to buy. Entires stuff is nice and real. But gotta give it up to Sales Guy Leonidas Ventura, He was there for me thru the whole negotiation process, Did his best to put this deal together and have my monthly payments qhere I wanted them to be. Will definitely refer others to buy there

Wonderful Service from Dustin Miller!

Two weeks ago I brought my vehicle in to be worked on. A very nice man by the name of Dustin Miller not only helped me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, but he fixed it quickly. Dustin walked me step by step through what it was that needed to be done, what it would cost, and why. I cannot overstate how pleased I was with such considerate and wonderful service. I have been on the receiving end of bad service before, so I expected it to be a long day, but Dustin and the rest of the Lustine team had me happy and on my way in a short period of time.
