I’ve purchased a few vehicles from this dealer and the experience has always been great.

I went with ordering a truck from Vanguard because Robbie kept trying to locate what I needed. He put in the effort, so I purchased the truck we ordered. Look forward to the next one.

Salesman was great. Inspections of used vehicles there selling needs improvement. Several issues, although small to fix should.have been found in a inspection.

I keep coming back to get my oil change because they work with me on saving money. So professional and thorough.. they always let me know if something is wrong with my car. I can’t afford to get it fixed there but I get it taken care . Great .hospitality and great people skills.

Good, friendly service. They washed my pickup. Looked better than the carwash I usually use.

Dropped my truck off for a appointment scheduled for 2pm Friday. Was busy and didnt realize they closed and I thought we'll dang no call on my truck for a diagnostic. So I called on Saturday and they said the guy working on my truck left early and that the computer only says so much I would get a call first thing monday morning. No call I had a job that day tell 430. I called again guy was working with another customer and would call me back. 1 hour went by so I stopped over and was told my truck hasn't even got looked at and there was three trucks infront of it. I dont recommend this place in my personal opinion. A courtesy call could have been made to say what was going on instead of a run around.

I am so pleased with my car. The help Gunner gave me was outstanding. I really appreciate him. He never tried to push me he just asked what I wanted and found it for me. If I ever need help I will definitely come back to your facility and him.

Was working deal on used hummer. Agree on the number and deal got to finance. Was working with the finance manager on the rate to make I can get the rate I’m comfortable with. They said will call me back within hour and I never got a call back. Call and spoke with my saleperson Demarlo Hatchett he assured me that my deal is secure and the vehicle is mine while I still working on the rate with the finance manager mind you my credit is 800 and they told me my rate is 7.4 . Got a text later at night and said that they sold the vehicle which is completely xx

Quick to get my truck in for recall notice and was out on the same day

We are unable to get our title and refostration as they placed wrong weight (11000 #) for F450 and the title clerk for Vanguard won’t give us what they paid for the upgraded full 40,000 or the corrected MV41 sent to their 3rd party ATC (automotive title company) they will not call us back or send us submitted paperwork that they sent to the state of Pennsylvania. The financial guy for Vanguard told us it wasn’t his problem and he won’t return calls. Now Vanguard won’t call us back. So we have a F450 titled for 11000 pounds less than what the truck weighs, illegal to drive in Pennsylvania titled that way when the MV41 was submitted for 40,000. So either Vanguard made a mistake or ATC registered this all wring and pocketed the money. I feel skeptical that it is between the two of them… as they will not give us the paperwork we need to fix this. In addition they get your money and won’t help you any further. Stay clear of them
