Excellent Buying Experience! My husband and I were looking for a specific new car. Internet salesperson, Hal Neat, did a great job of researching their inventory and working up a preliminary deal for us. At the dealership, Salesperson, Andrew Wood, did a nice nice job of preparing all the sales documentation and the car itself. Finance Manager, Tony Cirincione did an extraordinary job closing the deal for us. Sales Manager, Matt Filling was instrumental working behind the scenes making sure our car buying experience was first rate. The dealership was clean, organized and we'll kept including all pandemic safety precautions. What a great dealership! What a great team!

Took my minivan for a oil change and tire rotation I marked my tires with yellow crayon, it was raining ,the next day still same marks so I called and got some b.s. ,then i sent a email to them and they did not reply for 3 weeks now i got a email to call tony martin, I did and left a message still 2 weeks later no call

I really liked Thompson until we had problems with the piece of crap that was sold to us. No one will call us back to fix. No problem throwing us into the vehicle though. I am so pissed

My Chevy truck was hit since I live inEdgewood I decided to take my truck to a local dealer for repairs. I have met the owners of Thomson’s on many occasions and was impressed with their commitment to the community so I decided to use them. When I went to pick my truck up the passenger side bed fender was painted a shade darker then the rest of the truck. They tried to tell me it was due to fading, but the entire truck was just repainted two years earlier. When I brought it to their attention they said it is what it is.

I went and met with Craig and I told him what I wanted and what I didn't want and where I wanted to be price wise and boy did he deliver right on the first shot! SOLD! Easiest deal I have ever done. Greg in the Service Dept is awesome funny very customer oriented and very helpful.

I had a great experience buying my new car at Thompson. My salesman, Dan Marcheski, had all the car's I wanted to test drive waiting in front of the dealership. I took my new car for a state vehicle inspection. It takes a few hours but that is to be expected. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly.

From the start of my first service appointment they were Fast, friendly.Made me aware and explained a recall and order part. Made it easy.

There was a very pushy car insurance saleswoman who was pressuring everyone to let her have their personal information (name, address, birthdate, email) so she could work up an insurance quote. I came in to have my car serviced, not buy insurance. She was aggressive and rude!
