I stopped in after checking some vehicles on the Internet. I requested an availability on a couple of vehicles and received a response within minutes. I was then sent a 'boarding pass' to see Wayne if I could make it in without any pressure or expectation. It was great to know someone would know what I was interested in and available to talk with me if I were to come in. When I arrived, I was greeted and shown that Wayne was busy at the moment and asked if I could wait. A few minutes later Wayne greeted me and explained that he would be with me shortly. A few minute later I was asked which car I was interested in and it was retrieved while Wayne's wrapped up with his client. Wayne was very friendly and professional and explicated the vehicle and related models then qualified my needs. He then took the time to show me comparable models that were both less expensive and more expensive to make sure I knew the differences and which were more suited to my needs. After I made my choice, Wayne had the pricing and financing done within half an hour. Rick then handled the closure so that Wayne could help another customer that had returned. It was absolutely the smoothest car purchase I've experienced.

I went in to Thompson Toyota Scion today with a price in mind. Without even telling Josh my budget, he worked to ensure my payments came in at a reasonable price. I started my car search here, and didn't have to go anywhere else. I highly recommend going to Thompson if you're in the market for a new car.

We went to another "mega dealer" in Bel Air and they basically told us we were shopping in the wrong place. Josh Dickerson contacted my husband and within 24 hours we were driving off of the Thompson lot with exactly what we wanted at the price we asked for. Josh is such an awesome guy. I felt comfortable with him immediately. He is someone that I would trust to sell my grandma a car because he is genuine! If you really hate buying a car due to the hassle and haggling, Thompsons is great. Our sales person Jish was excellent to deal with and made the whole experience - dare I say pleasant! He is very honest and easy going. You feel like he's a friend not a sales person. If you need a car you should go to Thompsons and ask for Josh!!

I purchased a vehicle from Thompson Toyota a couple days ago. It was the bed buying experience I've ever had. The salesman Josh Dickerson was great. He took the time to make sure the vehicle I purchased was the one I really wanted. He didn't play games or anything that the usual salespeople do when purchasing a vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with on this matter. Also, the other salespeople in the office were great. The whole atmosphere for the purchase made me feel comfortable in making the deal with them. Texas Greg Ott is a fantastic salesman. He is friendly and is willing to go above and beyond the "call of duty" to make the customer happy. For the first time, I decided to lease a 2016 Camry. Greg was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I am confident that I made the right decision. I have now bought two cars from him and will return to him in the future!

I bought a truck from Texas Greg back in 2012. I was so impressed, I went back to him when it was time for a new truck. He displayed great patience and did a great job of adapting to my ever changing wants and needs, but after a week, I finally decided on what I wanted and he delivered, plus I ended up getting more for my trade-in than I expected. And just like the first time, I was out of the dealership somewhere between 1-1/2 to 2 hours without any of hard sell tactics. I've used their service department exclusively for three years. I have never been disappointed. The whole experience at Thompson's was great.

Curtis and his staff memebers at Thompson Toyota were great to my family and I. He arranged and confirmed a courtesy ride to and from my home, and allowed my vehicle to stay on the Thompson lot during my vacation that i had already planned before my vehicle issues. The Thompson team fixed and serviced my truck and it was ready for me when I returned from vacation. Truly above and beyond the daily duties of any dealership i had encountered before. Thanks again!!
