I have my car serviced at The Duell's Evansville Hyundai in Evansville, Indiana. Everyone I dealt with in the service dept has always been very courtious, helpful and very attentive to any concerns I had. I had the same experience in the sales department and would recommend Duell's to anyone.

Great Experience
Joe Maddox, Brian and all the guys I dealt with at Evansville Hyundai were friendly, informative and very helpful. They offered me a great deal on my new Santa Fe and also offered me the trade in value I expected for my used Santa Fe. I will definitely start my next car purchase at Duell's.

Everyone was great and professional! Would recommend this dealer ship to everyone!! Great car ata great price!! Hope to send more people this way, was a little further out of my way but the drive was worth the time for sure compared to other dealers I have dealt with.

Solidarity
Eric was great. I came in looking for the velociter because I wanted a manual transmission. Due to it being a coupe, however, It wouldn't work with my children. He suggested I look at the Elantra and I fell in love. My questions were answered thoroughly. There was some confusion on the pricing and negotiations. But that was due to my inexperience and Eric was very understanding. My 1st time experience was way better than I expected all around. Eric and the others have been great. I even forgot my sunglasses at the dealership and while I don't remember who I talked to he was awesome! He found my glasses and left them in his office so I could retrieve them and while I know it was a hassle he was very cordial. I will be back!

Great Salesman
Adam was a great salesman. He was not pushy at all and that was what we liked and what kept us looking at Hyundai. It was a great car buying experience.

Pricing Wrong
Was charged $3000 more than the website price. I do not think that is fair! Customer service was good but it took way too long.
