I really love my car and am very happy I bought it. That being said I'm disappointed that dealerships aren't willing to negotiate on prices anymore. I hope this car lasts me forever cause I'm not sure I wanna go thru non-negotiations again.

The buying process was made easy. It only took three hours from arrival in my vehicle to OTD with my new vehicle, while I have had bad experiences that took all day.

Our salesman, Ed Wilm, was very helpful and courteous to us as we talked prices and eventually came to a deal. I feel that we got an extremely good price from the dealership and will be purchasing my next car from Hyundai as well.

After purchase this dealership has no regard for the client. They promise anything to make the sale. They will lie and send multiple letters claiming to do whatever it takes to win your trust. Please DO NOT believe them. Save yourself from the mistake we made in buying from this dealership. They are not reputable. Have purchased 14 vehicles in my lifetime from various dealerships with no problems. This Evansville Hyundai is one to AVOID. Go anywhere else.

I do not normally rate services online however I was so pleased with the purchase of my 2013 Sonata that I thought I would share my experience. Kevin Connelly was my salesman and I must say that my experience with him was quite refreshing. He knew what he was talking about, did not pressure me and offered a fair price and trade in value. I will return and recommend him and Evansville Hyundai to friends and family.

I had an appointment, they estimated the time of labor to...
I had an appointment, they estimated the time of labor to be about 30-45 minutes, after sitting in waiting area for 1 hour & 20 minutes the receptionist says they don't have all the parts needed to fix my door handle. My time was wasted obviously & when speaking to theservice manager about being unsatisfied he laughs, very unprofessional. I'll never use this dealership again.
