Absolutely unacceptable. Brandywine Buick GMC had us driving over an hour with a cashier’s check for a vehicle we had a confirmed appointment to purchase, only for the very salesperson we had been working with to sell it to someone else before we arrived—without a phone call or any warning. Instead of taking responsibility, they immediately tried to steer us toward other vehicles we had already said we weren’t interested in. Completely unprofessional and a total disregard for their customers’ time. I would never recommend Brandywine Buick GMC.

We had a scheduled appointment to purchase a new vehicle after working with our salesperson for days. Before leaving, we confirmed the vehicle was ready, received photos, and drove 1.5 hours (3 hours round trip) with a cashier’s check in hand, fully prepared to buy it. While we were on the road to our scheduled appointment, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else without a single phone call or text to let us know. We didn’t find out until we arrived. What makes this even more frustrating is that the salesperson knew we were on our way. If another customer expressed interest, they should never have been told the vehicle was available while we had a confirmed appointment and were actively traveling to purchase it. At the very least, we should have received a phone call giving us the opportunity to place a deposit or letting us know the vehicle was at risk of being sold. To make matters worse, after wasting three hours of our day, the dealership immediately tried to steer us toward other vehicles we had already made clear we were not interested in. It felt less like they cared about making things right and more like they simply wanted to make any sale. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect for a customer’s time. We left extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership—especially if you’re traveling any distance based on their word

I recently found a car on their site and the price was 33,900. I was very interested in the car and possibly making a deal. When they sent me the final quote onto car (before taxes) it included . 1495,00 reconditioning , 799 Doc Fees ( which are allowed in MD) and another 99.00 in not tax fees. Totaling up to 2393.00 in extra fees that are not discosed on cars.com or even on their website according to MD. According to my research in MD, they must include these charging in the total advertised price if they don't they must include that fact and put it in 10 Point BOLD font . Also the Dealer processing charge (not required by law) :). The sales person Lenny was very nice and I don't blame him.

Hello Goodman1887. We have looked into this and I have not been able to locate this conversation? Is there a name that would be associated with this so that I can further my investigation?
Me and my wife went to look at the 2023 3500 ext gray Promaster and was told it had a few acorn size dents on it (2-3). When we arrived it had 15-20 dents and some were huge. Was marked down to $43900 and our sales girl neisha I believe it was most definitely misled us but was a really nice person. It’s now marked back up $5000 so buyers beware!!!!!! It is a beautiful spec and looks great in person but it’s far from the price asking. We drove 3 1/2 hours to see it and the manager didn’t even talk to us nor worked on the price. We will never bother with this place again.

Neisha was such an excellent sales associate & went above & beyond to make the deal complete. Remember that name, Neisha when you go to purchase your next vehicle at GMC of Brandywine, Md.

The first visit was to just check the tires for dry rot and I was there 2.5 hours. When I went to have the new tires put on, I waited over an hour for them to tell me the tires wouldn't be in for 3 more hours which would be 1:00. I called at 4:30 to pay by credit card in order to pick up my car after service closed at 6, but the car was still not finished. The GMC dealership I bought the car from was paying for the tires since I had bought it a month ago, but at 5:30 service called me to tell me they couldn't reach the service manager at that dealership and unless they had payment they would not release my car. This is 30 minutes before they close and they had had my car since 9:00 AM. They had all day to get payment, and I was scrambling to find someone at the other GMC dealer who could give them a credit card so I could get my car back to take my kids to school the next day. On top of that, I asked to speak to the service manager who wouldn't even get on the phone with me. The other GMC dealer (Bergeys in Souderton, PA) was great to work with, but I was very disappointed in this GMC dealer (Brandywine) and it is a shame they represent GMC.

There is never a time when I'm dissatisfied with the level of service or customer service . Eileen is always my go to person, and my service writer Grant were both superb. In my experience, these two folks and the dealership in general treat people like family. I've also witnessed the same with other customer interactions. They really go the extra mile!

I had a $600 service done here and was treated like trash, and they were very unprofessional towards me for no reason! I don’t think they care to service black people at this dealership!
