They were absolutely lovely! So helpful and informative throughout the entire process. After we left, we felt so heard and satisfied. The kindness extended to weeks after as well, not just during the purchase.

He was outstanding from start to finish. His customer service was genuine, not scripted, friendly, conversational, and easy to work with. He answered every question without pressure, made the whole process smooth, and treated me like a person, not a transaction. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a salesperson.

Loved Working with Centennial Subaru. I was trying to work with two other dealership that could not meet my needs. One was an hour a way and had a low inventory. The other was three hours away and did not want my trade in. I contacted Centennial. They had the make, model, and color of car I wanted. They gave me an estimate on my trade in that was within the Blue Book value I had received. So I drove 2 1/2 hours and they got me the payment I needed. I give them my highest rating for making it as easy to buy a car as possible. Everyone there was very considerate, especial my salesman, David. I had several follow-up calls and a once over with the car and its features.
