Wasn't planning to buy yet, couldn't pass it up..

Wasn't planning to buy a different car yet, but couldn't pass up the great deal on the 2021 Subaru Forester. Scott Hytry was a great help in going over the car with me. Didn't understand how to raise up the front seat after I got it home, thought I'd break the handle, but Scott said to bring it back and he'd take a look, all is good...just needed to pull up harder on the handle. Great experance all around!

Extraordinary Experience!!!

If I was impressed the first time I purchased a vehicle; I feel profoundly grateful, and deeply indebted to the people who were willing to work with me when I returned a car I loved, but did not work with my back (I have a connective tissue disorder which means I am extraordinarily sensitive to things most would not find painful in the slightest). The dealership was spotlessly clean, everyone I spoke with; sales, service, lot attendants, management, cashiers, etc…, were warm, caring, conscientious professionals with personality, and the kind of authenticity that is rare in general, and perhaps more so in the automotive industry. Jordan was my sales person, Steve worked some magic to help me out financially, Joe, Brandon, TJ, Joe, Kevin, nobody shamed me, was condescending, or asked where my better half was, I felt as if I was treated with compassion, dignity, and respect even when I walked in crying pretty hard that Thursday morning. Kudos to everyone who is working hard to make that dealership a place I love, will be loyal to, and feel confident recommending to anyone who may be nervous, apprehensive, or concerned about the potential difficulties involved in financing a vehicle. They are not just car people; they are; ‘people’ people too, and my world is a more beautiful, comfortable, and happier place because of them!

Tim Brown was great!

Tim Brown was great! I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He went over each step. involved in the purchase of my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. He happily explained the cars features and went over any questions I had before driving it on a long road trip. Very patient and personable.

Tim Brown met us at reception and escorted us to his desk, with chairs and refreshments for everyone. We were there to buy our leased 2019 Subaru Forester. We have leased two Foresters and have our car serviced at Wilde. This was our first opportunity to meet Tim. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Through the whole process he explained everything clearly. Our daughter and son-in-law accompanied us as we are both 93. Tim escorted both of us to and from the restroom. As we were leaving, he asked if we would still have our Forester serviced at Wilde and when I said yes, he said he would come and see us while we were there! Tim made the whole buying experience enjoyable
