I highly recommend this dealership. Our salesman Tyrell was amazing. From the first time we went in, he was patient with us and explained everything we needed to know. We went to other dealerships to shop around and no one compared to him. We finally went back to him to purchase our truck and he made the whole process easy and pretty much effortless! Tyrell always answered all my questions, even questions through texts, he was right on top of things. We will definitely be going back to him to purchase our next vehicle and I will recommend everyone I know looking for a vehicle to go to him. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cleaning of the vehicle on the inside could've been done a little better but that has nothing to do with the salesman.

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L last week. My salesman Doug Rodriguez was great to work with, very relatable and knowledgeable. Peter the sales manager and the finance director went to work for me and got me a great interest rate on the financing. Matthew Dosemagen is a fast talking scammer when it comes to selling extended warranties. He misrepresented the warranty by stating I would get a refund on the "unused" portion of the warranty if I sold the car AND the warranty would start after the manufacture warranty expired (50,000 miles). I sold my car at 57,000 miles and not only paid a 10% cancellation fee that he never told me about but also, the warranty company pro-rated the warranty based on the car starting with zero miles. Therefore I forfeited $2,200 of the $3,830 warranty cost when only have 7,000 miles of actual warranty coverage. Matt failed to present the "fine print" and was likely compensated on selling warranties. Would never have bought it knowing this. I trusted him explain the 19 pages of warranty information in an honest and forthright manner, which he intentionally did not.
