I put a security deposit on a vehicle that I wanted to look at but would be a day or two before I could get there. I live 5 and a half hours away so not right down the road. The vehicle was not what I wanted. This was on a Saturday that I looked at the vehicle I asked for my security deposit and was told only a manager could refund the deposit and would not be available until the following Tuesday. Called the following week and was told it would be processed in the next few days . It has now been 3 weeks and now I feel that this place is screening my calls. I would not recommend going to this place . Not a good way to do business.

Im sorry that you did not understand. But we have a no refund policy for deposit on vehicles. When a person places a deposit on a car we take it out of sales status. That means the vehicle is sold and we are not able to sell it to anyone else. The deposit guarantees that you don't drive at the dealership and the car is sold. It also guarantees that the dealer ship isn't loosing potential sales. It works both ways. Now there are circumstances when we do refund deposits such as credit was not able to be extended or personal circumstances like a family emergency and a customer can't come atc. I don't like the car is not a valid reason to refund a deposit.If you have any questions please feel free to call and speak to Sal I am the sales manager.

Tommy and Frank put me into my Chevy Cruze. They where quick with information and knowledgeable about the Vehicle. I definitely recommend them for first time car buyers and any other car buyers.

This place is New < but the Staff is very knowledgeable. They responded right back to me as soon as I inquired about a car. Frank helped arrange financing for me and I was in and out with my new MUSTANG. I had a great experience and would recommend them to others.
