I’m a hardworking EMT who financed a 2015 Acura TLX from Elite Auto House in June 2025. Within days of purchase, the car started jerking and hesitating. Check engine and transmission lights came on immediately. I returned the vehicle after Caravant Financial (the lender) confirmed the loan was never processed — and canceled the deal. Even after returning the car and getting my trade-in back, the dealer has been holding my $2,000 down payment and the title to my old car with no communication or refund for weeks. They’ve ghosted my messages, made excuses, and now try to claim they want to “fix” the car even though I legally backed out before the loan processed. They also tried to charge me a “restocking fee” and continue to play games instead of honoring what they said. This place is full of shady tactics, false promises, and terrible business ethics. I wouldn’t recommend Elite Auto House to my worst enemy. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay far away!!!!!

He will leave you without anything the paperwork says. If you do happen to get a hold of him, he will always "call you right back."(more lies!!) He has been dodging us for SIX MONTHS now. We didn't want to have to contact anyone, but you refused to talk to us. My husband and I will be taking action. I will copy and paste this review everywhere I can until the entire world knows what a terrible business man you are! We are a working family trying hard to get buy and you took advantage of us and left us with the bill!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. The Audi they sold us hasn't run for most of the time we've had it. The warranty that we paid for up front? Never applied. They just kept that for themselves, apparently. No communication on their part at all. You can not even get in touch with them. Their number no longer works. I guarantee you my lawyer will be able to find them. If you are willing to talk to us, work with us, and we are willing to work with you. I have no idea what this Andrew guy did, but you have insurance for this very reason. You need to get in contact with us. We really do not want to make this a legal matter. The loan place doesn't have the title. We don't have the title. Our registration ran out(not that it matters have to pay a mint to fix it). I am going to update this daily. We still have not heard from you. We understand you got burned by an employee, but this is YOUR business!

Excellent customer service. I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon arrival and happily assisted. All the staff members took their time explaining the process. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole ordeal.

Do not give this business a penny. Don’t even walk on to the lot. The owner is an egregious narcissist, whose arrogance makes him blissfully unaware of his and his employees’ incompetence. He is condescending and a prolific liar. Promises the world, delivers nothing. They will sell you a faulty car and give you the endless run around, costing you more in the end. The employees have no clue what is going on but give you more attitude than a pubescent teenage. Please read my horrific experience and do not go through it yourself ! Used car was purchased on June 5th 2023 with the contract stating that missing cosmetic parts would be provided and mechanical issues fixed. They kept telling me the mechanical issues would be fixed when the missing cosmetic parts arrived. The parts had no bearing on the mechanical issues. They would not schedule an appointment for repair until July. Because of this, the 30 day return policy passed. The car was brought in for service 4 times in July while they had it for 9 days. Only one issue was fixed (air conditioning). Now they will not return calls or emails and are screening calls. We haven’t received the parts and the car is not drivable. It would not shift out of park. They have not provided any service records for the 4 trips to their shop despite multiple requests. I filed a complaint with the state’s Attorney General. Elites response to their inquiry was total fabrication of the truth. They claimed the parts were “lost in transit” and that I was advised of that. No one ever told me or my husband that via any form of communication. No replacement parts have been provided. They claimed they fixed the shifter, which failed a day after picking the car up and my calls were never returned. Honda fixed the shifter after I waited two weeks for them to return our incessant calls. It cost $1,167 due to the fact Elite spliced wires during their “fix”, affectively causing more damage at my expense. I have called, submitted service requests, submitted portal inquiries, and asked the owner in person for service records. Not one record has been provided. I am out a lot of money and countless wasted hours driving there and dealing with them. All they were able to provide was empty promises and flagrant xx.
