awesome service department

I've been doing business with this dealer for years. Ken , the service mgr. is the most professional person I've ever done business with. Jeremy is also always willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs.

5 star service

We brought our Jeep Wrangler in for its first oil change since buying it brand new and loved the customer service we were given. Ken and his entire crew were amazing, the Jeep was done and ready and we were out the door without the long wait we've experienced at other dealerships.

New Promasters

I was in the market to purchase a couple new Promasters cargo vans for my heating and cooling business Comfort Heating and Cooling Inc. I sent my request out to three local companies. One never even got back to me. So it was down to two. Another well known dealer across the river and Gresham. Here is where it gets funny. I was looking to order two 2016 models. The dealer across the river was in good contact as was Gresham. Both got me the quotes I requested. Now here is where Mike Gatz at Gresham stepped it up. He did some extra work and found me two 2015 models that were almost identical to what I was looking for and saved me a bunch money with rebates that I couldn't get on the 2016 models. The dealer across the river did not mention this option. Here's the kicker!!! Mike from Gresham transferred one of the vans from that same dealer across the river! Mike was in constant contact with me through every step. What a great experience.

Excellent Service

Brought in my Durango for an oil change, no appointment, no phone call. They got me in right away. Told me that it needed a tire rotation and I had them do that as well. I was out of there in under 45 minutes. Not bad for spur of the minute.

Awesome customer service

A warning light was coming up on my dash . The service department was knowledgeable and walked me threw the process of my needed repair on my car. . They were very reassuring .. . Thanks Ken and everyone in the service department .. Will be recommending to my friends and family !

Staff were all pros!

Just passing thru the area, but needed brakes looked at on my later model Mopar. Ken Knudson and the rest of the service staff, squeezed me in (on the spot) and provided great service at a fair price. What more can I say? Recommended!

Thanks for all your help with our 2015 Grand Cherokee SRT-8

Ken Knudsen and his team did a great job working with the Jeep SRT Group to troubleshoot a very difficult problem we were having with our Grand Cherokee SRT-8. This problem required collaboration and communication between the dealership and manufacturer and they did a great job keeping us informed what was going on the entire time.
