Bait and switch

I was told over the phone that the deal we had worked on would work when I got there their prices were totally out of line a basic bait and switch if you need to buy a ram truck don't buy it there

Worst experience ever

This was the worst car buying experience ever. VERY incompetent finance people. Refused to give listed sale price. They said they can only give the sale price if we take wholesale for the trade in. If we want more for the trade then we need to pay retail for the new car. Sent a check for the taxes and told us to get the plates ourselves cause "that's just how we do things". Would not re-write the loan to lower our payment when they found out our payoff on the trade was a lot less unless we bought a warranty. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHADY DEALINGS, WORSE THAN DICK HANNAH!! Don't buy a car here unless you enjoy being bent over.

Worst car shopping experience

If your into sales men double talking, ripping you off, and wasting your time.. This might be your dealership, for the rest of us worst experience I have had. Went in to buy a Cherokee possibly, and after over a hour of sales people not being honest, we found on their website it was being offered for a price, their final offer was what they listed it for plus some extra mark up. Ohh and hey offered half of blue books "fair trade in value" on our car. What a waste of time, and frustrating experience. I will make a special point to waste more time letting people know how dishonest they are. You don't have to waste hour or more of time to say we won't make a deal or negotiate.

Do not do buisiness here !

I spoke on the phone to a salesman named JERRY about a chevy I was interested in. I explained to him that I Lived an hour and a half away and had a very specific price in mind for the truck and didn't want to waste his or my own time if it was not possible. He said "it was a deal" and said to come on up. Then 3/4 of the way there I got a phone call from Tanya and she told me that Jerry had gone home and the deal was not possible. I expressed my frustration because I was very clear with Jerry about the price . She got very rude and told me "whoa whoa whoa , don't blame this on me". I proceeded to the dealership because I was almost there anyways. I was explaining the situation to another salesman when Tanya came out being rude and confrontational. I told her "I just want to look at the truck" and she told me "Yeah well I have the keys and don't have to let you". I then proceeded to the sales managers office. I think his name was Rick or Nick. Before I could explain to him the poor attitude of Tanya he told me " If you aren't willing to pay the asking price then we have nothing to talk about" . I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life!

Parts department is an epic failure.

3 months ago I order some weather tech floor mats for our 2010 Dodge Ram Truck. I have been calling them every month checking on them to see if they had come in. Today I call again and was told she did see the order, I stated I had ordered them months ago and all she said who did you order them from. I don't know I called the parts department and ordered them from a guy. The point is your parts department is a failure and I would of thought that just one of the other calls I had made they would of figured out they had not been ordered. The response today was oh I don't see the order and oh well. I will never take my business to you again the lack of follow through is unbelievable. Went on line direct to weather tech and I'm sure I will receive my product a lot faster than it took your business to tell me they didn't have my order.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

Unprofessional, incompetent customer service. I contacted LEE MANNING to purchase a Ram pickup. Made the deal over the phone because I live 3 hours away. After giving him my information because the deal was a go, his manager WILL called me to inform me that I was misquoted by $276 and had the nerve to say that it was my fault. The approach taken by him was disrespectful and rude! I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional people who refused to admit it was their fault. When talking to WILL, I asked to speak to the Store manager at which point he claimed to be. I later found out that was a lie. I called back and left a message for the General Manager PAUL thinking he would be of some help, but that was a bust. He was just as incompetent as the other two. I can see that customer service is not a priority for them. I think this was their way of getting out of the deal. Never again!

Rip off service dept.

We have always had our oil changes done at this dealership without fail. Today my wife calls me from the dealership saying the service writer told her that the drain plug was stripped and that she needed a new oil pan costing $700. When she explained that Gresham Dodge had always done the oil changes and so if the drain plug is damaged, they did the damage. The service manager was off today so my wife was told a self threading temporary plug was installed and she would have to take it up with him Monday. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR VEHICLE

Building a Truck

Fortunately I ran into Mike Gatz at Gresham Dodge. After walking the lot with me, Mike quickly realized what they had in stock and what was available in the area wasn’t going to work for me, so he said “let’s sit down and built your truck and come up with a quote.” Afterwards I shopped around with some other dealers in the area and a large volume dealer in Idaho. I was pleasantly surprised when our home town dealer came up with the best price - so I ordered a new truck. Mike kept me informed when the truck was going to be built, when it shipped and when in arrived. Ordering a new truck with a custom build can be a little nerve racking. I really appreciated a zero pressure and positive sales experience. I would purchase another car or truck from Gresham CDRJ. Thanks Mike! JH

Outstanding pricing and responsiveness on a promaster sale

Worked with Mike Gatz at gresham dodge and couldn't say enough about the experience. Excellent speed of response, good memory, keeping track of details and he worked to get me what I wanted. Felt like he was on my side the whole time. I was waiting and ready to be disappointed, but as I drove away in my van, I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Would return, will send people his way without hesitation. Lower prices that anyone within a 4hr drive. Couldn't ask for more.

I had a wonderful experience at the Gresham Chrysler service department yesterday . I went in for the sole peruse of just getting a new key for my car . As I was waiting , the service kept me updated regularly and checked my car for needed things with out even me knowing . Talk about going the extra mile . Wow super happy with them all .. Will be only going to them for service needs in the future ... Thanks guys !!!
