Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My 2005 Durango's Transmission blew out. I wanted to trade it in but did not know if the dealership would do this for me. With no hesitation they traded it in at a very fair value for a 2013 Dodge Journey which was perfect for my family. The Salesman Greg and Sales MGR Andrew made us feel at home, helped us through a major purchase with wisdom and customer service. Due to the fact that we felt so comfertible with the two of them I went back today and purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart Rally which I have been looking at for some time. Again I worked with Greg & Andrew, also with the help of Will. They took my time into consideration and made the whole buying experience extremely plesant. I did not feel like I was ever in a pressure situation, I felt as if I was among friends. Due to the relationships they built with me I will be a life long customer of Gresham Dodge. If you are in the market for a quality automobile I have to suggest Gresham Dodge, and especially Greg, Andrew, & Will.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and treated well. Enrique took very good care of us, he helped us look at the cars we wanted to look at, was never pushy and even looked up the online ads up with us to make sure we were getting the right price. Will was the one who helped us finance our new van. He was very professional yet personable. The transaction was as quick as can be for buying a new car. They made sure we understood everything, and took very good care of us. We never felt too pressured, and we weren't hassled. Overall a very good experience, I would definitely recommend family and friends to this dealership!

This dealer has lots of inventories and most incentives among any dealers in Portland area. Car price was great and salesman was very friendly. We financed and business manager Wil, was very professional and helped us a lot. I definitely recommend this dealer for your new or used car shopping.

My family and I were very satisfied with our purchase at Gresham Dodge. I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram Cummins 3500 4x4. Rikki was willing to let me drive the truck at closing time,due to my late arrival to the dealership. He never was in a hurry to get me out of there so that he could go home. I took the truck by a friends to show him my considered purchase and he made the comment that sales guy was one cool guy. He said he would consider looking him up for his next purchase. Although a Ford guy at heart. Wil Hatton was great with Financing. Even though I had a previous BK in the past,he got it done. The payments were good, even with an extended warranty the life of the loan. Also having to stay late due to my schedule, never felt rushed or pressured. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first factory new vehicle and visited multiple dealers in the area. Gresham Dodge was by far the most relaxed, no pressure place we visited. Up front we told them we were not buying on our first visit, and not once did anyone try to change our minds. When we returned, we were treated with respect and consideration. The staff was attentive and listened to what we wanted and didn't try to up sell us. The pricing was fair and competitive and we ended up with a better vehicle than we had hoped for while remaining in our budget. Truly impressed and surprised us at what a positive experience we had.

We were met outside by Mingo, he was very courteous. Showed us the car we were interested in. Took it for a test drive by ourselves which really sealed the deal for us. We then were brought to Will for financing. Everything went smooth. Mingo also took time to explaine the features before we left the dealership. We weren't pushed or rushed.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase from Gresham Dodge, I would highly recommend them to friends and family. The only problem I had was with a salesperson who was not part of the original paperwork that was trying to haggle extra cash out of the deal by lying to me after all the paperwork was done.
