Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Went for a test drive in early March for a car I knew was about a month away from buying. Dick Lee (the Salesman) was very curteous and went on a test drive with me. Of course, he had to ask if I would listen to a deal they would offer me that day. After I declined, Dick was still polite and asked if he could have my phone number. After giving it to him and heading home, he followed up later that week to inform me about a manual transmission car (test drove the automatic) had come in and wanted to see if I was interested it testing one of those. After about a month, I was finally ready to buy and saw an internet price for the car I was buying. I called Dick and asked if the car was there and if the price was good. He went to check and called me about 20 minutes later, telling me the car was there and for the price I was expecting. I told him I would be out in 45 minutes to take a look. When I got to the dealership the car was out front waiting for me so I could check it out. After looking to over and going on another test drive, I decided to purchase. We waited for a few minutes inside while they pulled my info, and then were taken into the Business Manager's Office for the paperwork. Of course, they have to offer you the extended warranties, but after politely declining Wil (the Business Manager) pressed on politely and efficiently. The whole experience took about 3 hours. Overall, I was glad I went and got a great price on the car. It was a nice experience because at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything and everyone was genuinely nice to work with. No games or pressure tactics, either, just a straight up business.

Very friendly and worked hard to complete the deal. Our wait time was longer then I wanted but in the end we got the Jeep we were looking for at a the best price in the Portland Area.

I didnt feel pressured. You could tell Rikki was a little green. If he was unsure of something he had no problem finding out the answers. I was pleasantly suprised how efficiant the whole process took. I am confident we will do more business with them in the future.

We were able to purchase a dodge caravan for transporting our son with special needs. Gary Moore took care of us from the beginning and did an excellent job. The transaction speed was good, and we had our vehicle in just a couple of days. Wic Hatton prepared the paper work quickly and precisely. Aside from employees, the dealership was good except the bathrooms needed cleaning &/or remodeling.

Gresham Dodge is a great dealership. They haven't lost the small town personal service feel and mentality. Barry, the salesman, just answered my questions without any pressure to buy. I don't think he said more than 10 words to me on the test drive without me asking a question first. Andrew was clear and open with all financing and warranty costs and information. Jason in parts when over the top to make me happy. I also can't say enough about Will Hatton, he is the GM. He took time out of his busy day to ensure my happiness with my purchase experience. And most important, there are always some minor issues when you get a new car. These guys are on it with no hassles, they say they want me to be happy with my purchase, and they walk the talk. So if you need a Dodge, Ram, or a Jeep and live in east county stop in and give them a try. I could not get a better deal on my new Ram at the other dealerships in Portland, so I really wasted my time time checking them out, since I live in Gresham.

They had the Jeep that was advertised and it was exactly as advertised. They were knowledgable about the Jeep and they made the purchasinng process very efficient. The Salesman knew his job well and was honest and friendly. The business manager was particulary good at his job and all the paper work was done in a snap, the car was registered and we were out of there enjoying our Jeep in not too long at all.
