Derek was great but his managers not so. The experience turned out to be very stressful. No timely call backs. Turns out the car I put a deposit on wasn't available and I wasn't offered a second choice. I asked for my $2575.00 to be refunded. I'm still waiting for a call for my deposit to be refunded. I'm looking for a vehicle elsewhere.

They all tried to make the process as painless as possible. Waiting for the truck was not as bad because everyone was constantly making sure we were comfortable as possible. Kind of hard with our 2 yo grandson. The kid play room helped a lot. Didn't get exactly what were looking for but love truck so far.

I want to write a review for Keith the Service Advisor. I have been using Keith for the past two years, and always receive First Class Service. Maybe I'm just very lucky, but there have been a couple times that I tried to schedule an appointment online, and it was 1 to 2 weeks away. Then I call Keith and he gets me in the NEXT day. I will ONLY use Keith, and he is a solid (5) STARS or a #10 if that's how you score? I'm a retired Veteran on a fixed income, and Keith will always try to get me any discounts available. I have and do tell my Dodge truck owner friends about Gresham Chrysler Dodge. Thank Paul M.
