We were so blessed how persistent the staff were to find a plug-in hybrid Pacifica for us. We so wanted a red or blue one, so they looked everywhere. As they would find one, they would be purchased before they could secure it for us. It took multiple attempts before it looked like we had one, so we went home awaiting delivery in a few days.

Good sales people. Finance person is short, irritable, and dismissive. Beware of hidden fees nor included in "sales price".

Poor communication skills within the employees. They are worried about their commission.. "don't talk to anyone but me"
