Spencer was very personable and easy to work with.

Spencer was very personable and easy to work with. He was a good young sales professional. I feel all the sales reps I dealt with were professional at the dealership, However, I don’t think they fully know what’s going on with the used vehicles they are selling, or I’d like to at least believe that is the case. My question is do I need to get underneath of a vehicle and look underneath of it when I’m buying a vehicle from a reputable dealership? Because I should’ve. I was told that the vehicle had just come out of the service department, and all that needed was lower ball joints but other than that, the service department had given it flying colors. Well, the next day when I actually got up underneath the vehicle, I was astonished at what I found. I can’t believe the service department would’ve let a vehicle be sold in the condition that it was. The cross member for the transmission along with the skid plate were thrashed. So much damage I’m sure that there’s some internal damage to the transmission now. Again, I don’t think this is on the sales department because they’re only relaying what they’ve been told, Or they are your typical used car salesman and just don’t care about anything except making the sale. Again, I feel like the process was wonderful from start to finish. The vehicle I purchased had a great Carfax report. It was a one owner and I feel like I shouldn’t have to get on the ground and crawl underneath the vehicle when I’m buying one from a reputable dealership like this. They should’ve never let this vehicle come on the lot in it’s condition the service department should’ve never let it be sold in its current condition. So I’m having to purchase a new crossmember ($200 part) and a new transmission mount ($250 part) and hopefully there’s not too much internal damage to the transmission or driveshaft. I went in specifically to look at this vehicle and nothing else. Either they have completely incompetent service techs working there, or they are just your typical used car lot and are interested in getting your $)$! Again, Spencer, along with the 2 other sales reps where great. And again, great process, however, be weary of any used vehicle as this dealership obviously doesn’t go through the trade ins

The first thing that had me drive to Gresham Ram was the product. On line they had a good representation of the vehicle I was looking at a Ram 3500 but what kept there was the customer service especially Tate Herget. Tates knowledge of these vehicles was impressive and that is why we bought from Gresham Ram.

All lies!

All lies! Flat out lied to me about what I would get for my trade-in, many hidden fees that we didn’t discuss, yes I should have seen this at signing but I was exhausted from this experience. Stay FAR away from this dealership!! F
