We went to Gresham CDJR to look at a truck I had found on

We went to Gresham CDJR to look at a truck I had found on the internet. We were hoping it was going to be a good day! I brought in VIN # of truck that was on sale for 10k off of MSRP. Test drive went well and Salesman comes back with $3000 off MSRP and I point out to him the truck is advertised at 10K off MSRP. He went back and they moved some numbers around, but nothing that shows what they did on paper. I took their word for it and moved on. We explained we needed to unblock our credit reports. I had one come back perfect, but for some reason we had to use Equifax. We tried for 2 hours to get thru to them. I went outside and was finally able to get it fixed. We ended up not needing my wife’s. We explained my wife had a doctor appointment in 3 hours and we would come back the following day to finish up the paperwork. My wife ended up missing her appointment. 3 hours in and salesman starts helping a customer from the previous day. Very weird in our opinion. Finally 5 hours in we sign the paperwork. I should have asked more questions which is my fault. Previous purchases I have had they went over it with us. I feel they should have gone over the cost of the extended warranty. Mopar theft protection for $895 that I don’t need because I have full coverage insurance. Locking lug nuts I would have thought came with the truck but I was never told they were $95. Last I was told we were going to do a walk around to check for any defects. Didn’t happen! They did set up Apple play, but I got the feeling he rushed through it so he could help his other customer. 5 and a half hours later we leave! Good news is I love the truck! If I had to do it again I would go somewhere else and spend my hard earned money!

I do not recommend this dealer, they are liars, they lie

I do not recommend this dealer, they are liars, they lie to you in everything they say, there is a person who works in this dealer named Rodrigo, be very careful with this person, he is a liar and he lies to you in everything as long as you sign the contract, because of the lies of these people I lost 33,000 dollars in 5 days, I could not recover my money, I do not recommend them at all
