They bent backwards and gave me the best deal possible. Tate the salesman was amazing helping my mom pick out her new jeep. We couldn’t be happier. Everything from the staff, to letting her drive 3 different jeeps to let her really decide on the one she wanted. He was extremely patient and had zero pressure on us. Looking forward to doing business with Gresham Chrysler, annd hopefully Tate. He is clearly a top tier salesman. Managers Paul and Steve were great as well.

I would give a minus 0 star rating if I could.

I would give a minus 0 star rating if I could. Take your car for service any place BUT this one. Took 2 days just to diagnose problem and that was with a appointment! They have this text communication system where you text your service advisor with status or questions and it takes them until next day to get back to you. Lack of communication. 10 days and counting and my vehicle is still not fixed yet I am paying $3000 for the work plus 10 days worth of rental car fees GO ANYWHERE ELSE !!!

Our experience with Sebastian, our salesperson, was

Our experience with Sebastian, our salesperson, was wonderful. He spent a lot of time with us to look at and test drive vehicles. When it came to negotiating the sale price for the Jeep we selected we were passed off to Dante, who presumably is the sales manager. To make a long story short, everything about negotiating with him is bait and switch. He doesn’t put anything in writing hoping you won’t remember the agreed price. Then he tries to confuse with the numbers. I normally would have walked away but I really wanted this vehicle so I had to go through 5 rounds of him bringing me numbers until we got to the negotiated price. Love my jeep, loved Sebastian, but in the past 15 years of buying and leasing numerous cars I have never experienced this type of shady negotiating like it was 20 years ago. I will not be a repeat customer of this dealership. Nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
