Everyone at the dealership was willing to help with any needs or questions we had. They addressed our needs, were interested in our wants, and did their best to match us with the right vehicle. Pat gave us all the time and information we needed. He was thorough and kind showing us a total of sux vehicles from all over the lot. The key retrieval process could be less cumbersome when customers are wanting to look at multiple vehicles. I’m not sure what the “final vehicle pricing” is referring to. They were clear about what was being included in the lease and how we got to that number. Trade-in was fine…would have liked to have a chance to empty out my rig at home prior to signing it away. Finance office, Heather I think, is great! She even got my Smokey Bear plates late in the game when I forgot to ask earlier…would have preferred to pay cash for them but the lease total was fine.

I had an emergency with my 86 year old mothers 02 P T

I had an emergency with my 86 year old mothers 02 P T cruiser . She had a dead battery on Sunday, so I changed it for her that afternoon . I accidentally arced the cables briefly causing a fuse to blow. I could not find the fuse that powered the interior lights/outside mirrors/door locks, and (most importantly to her) The radio. I drove into the service department doorway at 4:15 Monday afternoon and the service writer Keith was on the phone, [ on hold ] , but directed the young man to go get Sean or Shawn . When he (Shawn) came up and looked under the hood at the fuse block, he turned to me and smiled and said just a minute, I'll be right back, he came back with a little yellow fuse and plugged it into the fuse block and like magic , the radio lights and everything else worked! They would not take any payment, so I wanted to voice a 5 star kudos to the Monday evening crew in the service dept. You saved the day for my mom, and she was very thankful to you all .( And I am too, since it was my mistake.) Many Thanks P.J.Hall...........

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and I feel compelled to share my disappointing encounter with others. In all my years of purchasing cars, I have never encountered such a lackluster and unprofessional dealership. The transparency one expects from a reputable dealership was sorely lacking at Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram. Prices were vague and if you get PAUL JOHNSON make sure to run the opposite way. PAUL JOHNSON will look you in the face and without missing a beat LIE!! He attempted to extort thousands of dollars from me. Attempts to get a straightforward answer regarding additional fees were met with evasion and ambiguity. It became apparent that the dealership's focus was solely on making a sale rather than establishing a trusting and mutually beneficial customer relationship. The final straw was the financing process, which was marred by no explanations and what should have been a straightforward and transparent transaction turned into a convoluted mess, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Gresham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, to anyone seeking a reliable and customer-centric car-buying experience. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction make this dealership one to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring alternative options that prioritize honesty and integrity in their business practices. From my lips to Gods ears DO NOT GO HERE!!!
