Unprofessional and not people friendly, seems they rather make the sale 1 time rather than have repeat customers. Since May have a good experience I unfortunately did not.

I took a car here for simple repair . They quoted $60 diagnostic . I told them what was wrong . My powersteering sensor was leaking. That's my cost $54. It is unobstructed access for replacement. 3 min to replace in and out. They gave estimate of $185. When they called to conferm repair it was $895. They also then claimed the $185 was the diagnostic fee. Obviously I did not let yhem do the repair. If the repair shop is in my opinion this Shady I would never trust the dealership to sell me a car. Dishonest is dishonest!

We came 4+ hours to purchase a truck we were working on a deal over the phone prior to driving down. When we got there, despite filling out our credit app the day before, they had done nothing until we got there short of parking the truck up front. When we saw the truck, the bumper was damaged (which it wasn't in the online photos) and it had over 400 miles on it rather than the 50 advertised (I took screenshots of both the bumper and the mileage). They tried telling us that the "lower" price was because of the bumper, however 3 different people did not tell us that prior to driving down. They agreed to swap the bumper and we dealt with the mileage. After driving over 5 hours (traffic), we spent another 5 at the dealership working on paperwork, getting the right interest rate, etc. We had to apply for membership with a local credit union. The salesman marked on the app that we "live/work/worship" within the 5 local counties (we do not). We asked if that mattered (the false answer) and we were told it would not. When we got to the part where we saw the breakdown of our trade-in (a '24 GMC Sierra 3500), we were told on the phone by Ali that they would give us $90k. He never once said that included a tax credit. He lied to the other Asst Sales Mgr (of which they seem to be very heavy on) and said he did tell us that. No. We definitely would have remembered that. They made us leave our GMC since they effectively "owned" it, but we couldn't take the new Ram because they had to do some work on it (bumper, scratches, etc) so we were given a loaner for the rest of the night so we could go to our hotel. After waiting yet another 3.5 hours the next day for detail work, we were finally on our way back home. 10 days later, we get a call from the credit union asking about our residency. They only JUST received the application. Last we heard, it was being sent to underwriting regarding our answers. In the meantime, my husband called the dealership, spoke to 3 different people again regarding the situation and that they need to make sure our GMC is still there in case this whole thing comes unraveled. No one has confirmed that, yet. Over the course of the evening, we were notified of 4 more hard inquiries on our credit (this makes 7 by them total). We have excellent credit. We just aren't taking a massive interest rate unnecessarily. But considering they haven't confirmed our trade in is still there and it appears they're scrambling to get a good rate, they're scamming people. How can they possibly sell our trade in when it hasn't even been technically transferred to them, yet? Edit to add: Just ran the Carfax on the truck we purchased and turns out it's USED, not new!!! Watch out for these guys. Yo-yo tactics, liars, scammers. I'm regretting ever driving down and giving them our business. We should have paid attention to the red flags. I'd get out of this deal in a heartbeat to never have to deal with them again.

Bait and switch scheme.
Bait and switch scheme. They would not honor their advertised price. After driving 5 hours and multiple communications suddenly the advertised price was an error.
