Dealer personnel were nice but it had a feel of a bit of deception was going on. It took a very long time; heavy on upsell and I the customer had to ask to get the car fueled up and detailed/cleaned. The vehicle did not get DEQ Certified so a return trip has to be done and I asked for Dealer Service records at the beginning and yet to receive copy. So a bittersweet deal...
