Do not buy a truck for them if you rely on it for work. They will make you get stranded somewhere before they will solve the problem in maybe a month if you're lucky. They don't care if your business goes out of business while you wait for your truck to get fixed. A bone stock truck by the way..... 2021 ram 3500 Cummins. Bottom line is they do not care!!

The dealership was very flexible and helpful when we checked for updates on our order and on the day of sale. I would like to have had more communication up front about how the process worked and timing. As it turns out, our original salesman no longer works at the dealership, so that could be part of the issue.
