Good experience considering pandemic precautions. I really dislike car shopping and buying, and this was all right. That's high praise from me. This is second car I've bought from them.

Rigo was such a cool guy. We didn't feel pressured with him. He was really down to earth and chill, and I think he's perfect for younger people looking for cars. He really helped us out, even driving to our place to pick up paystubs after he was already off work so we didn't have to drive back to the dealership.

Outstanding customer service. Really easy to work with. The salesperson Jim went above and beyond helping me to get "acquainted" with the vehicle. Gary answered all questions, was professional, not "pushy ". Great experience!

Got scammed into buying a year-old Pacifica off the lot...

Got scammed into buying a year-old Pacifica off the lot here. The sales rep was slimy, and in hindsight was evasive of our questions in ways that gave a completely false impression. The van has been a lemon and we've had to use their repair department for under warranty repairs. Their availability is very poor and they are consistently unable to deal with the issues in a timely way. During the most recent repair they were absolutely incompetent and unable to come up with a plan to deal with the issue.

We are old clients and we’re treated well. All questions were answered and we feel we got a good deal. We will enjoy our Jeep Gladiator and will return for the next Jeep.
