Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

David DeLay helped me with this car. It is one of the best cars i have had. We took it for a drive today beings we live in Lebanon Oregon. I absolutely love it and everything works. Thank you Gresham Dodge and David DeLay.

I had my needs listened to, part of the whole process, and discussed all options openly. Felt like I was important in the process and also had the opportunity to discuss other things in life other than trucks.

The Internet staff (Robert Conner) treated me with respect long before the actual visit, upon our arrival Robert was occupied with other customers. He did come to greet us and set us up with Paul Johnson who in turn made our buying experience a pleasure. All in all the staff went above and beyond.

If you looking for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership that actually listens and cares about your needs for a vehicle then this is NOT the place to go. I felt rushed and pressured by Gary, the salesman. I felt that all he cared about was making a *sale*. I was looking for a Ram truck that could tow a 5th wheel. Boom, the pressure was on. Shouldn't a salesman who sales truck know about hitch wt (pin weight.. the amount of weight that can be put in the bed of the truck along with the total wt of truck, passenger, gas etc) I will admit that I, at the time, did not understand about the pin wt. and while the truck I bought was rated to tow 10000 lbs it only had a pin wt. of 1440. There are VERY few 5th wheels that could safely tow a 5th wheel. So, after doing more research on 5th wheels I came to the conclusion that the truck I bought would not tow the 5th wheel I was looking at. A side note (have decided to buy a class C RV hence my need to trade in the truck asap as it is a 2019 and still under 5000 miles) After my negative experience I was encouraged to go to the St. Helens Chrysler dealership (and this was from a previous salesperson from the Gresham dealership). WOW, what a difference in the philosophy of each dealership. See my review I posted regarding St. Helens dealership!!! Again..... IF YOU WANT A POSITIVE BUYING EXPERIENCE THEN GRESHAM DODGE IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in with a specific car in mind ended up leaving with a different rig thanks to the salesman recommendation. Great service and very nice people

Great and cheerful group to do business with. Refreshments during the process were helpful. Best of all they were patient for the time (hours) I needed to decide.

Wasn’t expecting service the day I purchased. The dealership found a few recalls that needed attention. They got my vehicle right in and repaired what was needed. Took longer than expected but non the less they didn’t send me on my way clueless. I am very satisfied with this dealer as a whole. Smooth sales and service. Even got a call a day later saying they found a better loan rate. I would recommend using Gresham dodge for sales and service.

All I have to say is ask for Dave, Paul & Kurt! They took real good care of our family!! Thanks guys!! You rock!! We r loving the Renegade.. Winter is coming!!!

So how often do you leave a dealership with a deal that you’re totally satisfied with only to get a call because they found an even better rate!! Seriously!? But that’s what happened! Thank you Luke in finance for going above and beyond!
