Purchasing a new car sucks, they made it suck the least
I worked with branden, out of the 5 dealerships I went too he was the only one that didn’t lie or pretend to know things. I drove 4 hours one way to purchase a 2019 ram 3500 from him. All the other dealerships tried to low ball my trade in or lied about purchase prices. While I was waiting for the purchase agreement and bank to finalize I hung out in the service department and they were really nice and answered all my question. I highly recommend branden and Gresham dodge dealer. Thank you for not being tool bags. Josh proud owner of a 2019 ram 3500

Feeling Scammed
I will never recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I go back. Misty was great however Joel.. Dave the finance guy and the GM are terrible and should feel bad for what they do. They tricked my husband and I the sticker price said 44 and Joel said it had rebates come to find out when all was said and done they bumped up the dealer price 2 k so really there was no rebate and we are stuck paying 2 k more for nothing extra - just because the dealership does and wanted to. When I called them asking about it the next day- because it was never outlined in our paperwork and also maybe because we only spent like 10-15 min in the financial office with Dave just being told where to sign- they said they never underhanded us and there was nothing they could do. Oh and no return policy. I will never buy from them again. They are shady. I am not happy. Misty was great she was kind- she was personable- she was up beat and friendly.

Super friendly and helpful
Pat was more than helpful. He really made the whole car buying process smooth and hassle-free. We love the car and we quite happy with the price.

sales and service
New 2018 Cherokee, typical old fashioned high pressure tactics were unnecessary. Got the “special” spot free finish (failed) and interior service along with a Nerf football size buff burn on the door and a gouge/scrape/grind on the windshield. All at purchase. Went back for 1st service (oil/rotation) and ended my business relationship with 20 loose lug nuts (verified by Dodge in Vancouver. Not just “not tight” but loose enough for the car to vibrate my wife off the interstate. “Finger tight” won’t even cause that. Gresham Dodge is not worth the risk. Total failure.

Fast and friendly
Haven’t had a vehicle purchase go this smooth. I was in an out with my new vehicle in less 3 hours after coming to them from another local dealer. Will buy again. 10/10 from me!

Good quality service and people
Katie was really nice and helpful servicing my Chrysler 300, I felt really at ease speaking with her. I recently purchased a new 2015 Hyundai, when I received an email from them offering a vehicle exchange program and Paul helped me out. He was really understanding and went great lengths to put me in a nicer, newer vehicle. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this business to anybody looking to service their vehicle or simply upgrading!

Everyone I met was responsive, courteous, respectful and attentive. They listened to what I said and they responded in finding ways to meet my needs, without pressure. Mr Benjamin was especially responsive yet he made you feel as if you were family. He carried the day while the others in sales and financed tag teamed with him for a slam dunk delivery.

Best service ever!!!
Stopped after having a bad experience in bend to ask questions. Gary answered my questions honestly and to the point. Gary, Art, and David got the Jeep we wanted and had everything ready for us when we got there from LaPine. We got there at 9:00 am and were driving out at 9:54. In the time we were there we signed all the paperwork, Art did a rundown on how to use the computer, and they were all there to thank us as we were leaving. There was no hidden surprises. So impressed

Very unprofessional manager
Over promised and under produced. The communication was horrible. Manager Eric yelled at my wife after his staff made errors. Worst experience ever and will continue give negative feedback about this dealership.

Amazing customer service
