Good experience.
Very easy to deal with. No high pressure sale. Came to an agreement that was mutually beneficial. Drove out with what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell me.

Very Disappointing
I have been going here a while and they use to be great but just went in and had 2 cars in mind that I wanted to get and they couldn’t help with it all. They weren’t willing to lower the price even when offering 5k down just to bring the payment down 50$. This use to be a great car lot but from where I stand now they need to make some changes. The salesman Johnthan was new and didn’t know much always having to talk to finance managers and they were disrespectful and even tried to make the car I had now seen crappy and I had no choice but to take a deal I couldn’t afford or a crappy car from them that could fit my family. The only nice person there is Paul Flash and I really hope he gets out soon because this car lot is going downhill and fast.

My dream come true
After 3 years of wanting a jeep sooo bad, Gresham jeep made it come true! BIG THANKYOU to John Bailey, Paul Johnson and Tim in finance. We were hard to please but I LUV my new jeep. I will wear my Jeep hat with pride!. Thanks again!

Great car buying experience!
My wife and I have been looking for a Z nismo for roughly 12 years now and had to stop by this dealership when we saw one on the lot. I was dreading the upcoming encounter with a car salesman, but when we met Sean my mind was set at ease. Sean made my experience pleasurable and painless. He could tell that I really wanted the car and did everything to get me into it. Great experience.

Bait and Switch
I was given a list of specs the car would have and agreed. I was told it would be 2/3 days, but then they said it was in an accident and would need to find a replacement. This seemed a little odd to me, especially the way it was handled...very nonchalantly, as if I didn't need to know details. It took about a week and half ( during which they called a few times waking me up even though I asked expressly to only text because of my work schedule) so they could "match" all the right options. Come to find out some key components were missing. I was told the seats could be changed later and agreed. At signing I found out i was not getting the heated wheel and still agreed even though it felt off. Once home I realized it did not have Brembo brakes, a huge selling point pushed by the floor salesman, and my largest grievance. I had noticed there was a 'spring event' with significant discounts and one salesman acted like he had never heard of such a thing, and then later the other rep literally hung his head as we walked the length of the shop when asked about it, with no verbal reply. I had to later ask the floor guy again and he went and got the rep who said I already had a deal...on a lease. Even when I asked about special floor mats I was told sure...then that rubber mats don't exist...then that I could just pick up my floor mat, shake it out and turn it over...I felt the whole time that they treated me with no respect and feel that the shady bits were intentional to the point of being a scam.

Great Experience
Bought a new Ram 3500. Elizabeth, the sales person, really worked to find a rig that met budget requirements and feature requirements. Closing the deal was straight forward.
