Great Customer Service - Small Dealership/Inventory
Customer Service Great. Dealership/Property/Inventory seemed small. Prices listed on autos seemed extremely high. Almost scared me away. But with all the rebates and incentives, the price seems manageable. They may want to list some of the rebates and incentives on the autos.

All my expectations were met
Salesman Tony Jackson was great. Really went the extra mile to get the deal done. My only complaint is scratches on the paint. When that is fixed,I can say my experience was excellent

Our great Sales Consultant
Tim Garcia has been the best sales consultant we’ve ever had. I can guarantee you that he is the most compassionate, understanding, and easy to work with. He also made sure to walk us through everything to make us comfortable with our decision. He wasn’t one that made us feel pressured about purchasing. I am beyond happy we got to work with him and with our purchase! Thank you Tim!!

From bad to good
This could be a short story. Seriously! But I’ll try and make sense of it in a short version. I live inBoring Oregon. So this place was the most convenient Dodge dealer for me. I have a 2015 3500 Ram. Needed warranty work and and while in I wanted an oil and filter change. All instructions were on the envelope you are asked to fill out with the key. I’m not going into all the things that went wrong, because it all went wrong. When I got there that night to pick it up nothing was done. Disgusted, I walked out. The next morning I called the service manager and left polite messages. He called me back. I want to say that the response I got from Jeremy the service manager was more than enough to make my attitude about the service department do a 180. He went above and beyond. Honestly though anyone would deserve it after what had happened. I would and will do business with them again. Absolutely a satisfied customer.

Warning
I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I never write them but I felt obligated to do this one. I wud hate for what happened to us to happen to anyone else. So just think long and hard about buying from these people. Not only r they thieves, which is bad enough, but they r dangerous people to put your trust in. They sold a vehicle that, if not caught in time, could have killed people. This is coming from our own mechanic that, thank god, did catch it before anything horrible could happen. Not only to her but possibly others on the road as well. If u do still choose to shop there please do NOT just go by what they tell u about having thorough inspections done on every vehicle! They r either completely lying or they have extremely unqualified inspectors. Or, which is my personal opinion, they knew and did nothing. So if u value your life and the lives of your loved ones, have it checked out by your own mechanic. Your life is not worth the gamble

Susan Popma, you have not done business with us and have no right to give a review. Your mother Christine Popma purchased a Wrangler that had an issue that we repaired after the sale. She was not happy with her purchase and after owning the vehicle for close to a year asked us to buy it back from her. We agreed on a figure that was obviously less than the full purchase price as she had owned the vehicle for some time. If your mother would like to talk more about her experience, she can contact me directly at joe@dodgeofgresham.com or 503-666-2277. - Joe Leavitt, GM
Response to Joe Leavitt's response, to my complaint
Joe, ur response asked that I call u to further discuss what happened. All u wanted was to see if u could help me with purchasing a car. I feel u wrote that response so it would look good to people who read it. U had no intention of discussing my original complaint. Im still sitting here with a loss of $3,000, and i would not purchase a car from ur dealership. U don't deserve more of my money. I dont think a discussion is needed, just a check and an apology as I've stated before. All u have to do is make it right!

You just don't get it. First of all I had the Jeep 6 months which is when I found out it had been in a substantial wreck. All of a sudden things started making sense. It took me 6 months to resolve all the safety issues this vehicle had, and I would bet they were all related to the wreck. Once I realized why I was having so many issues and there had been a wreck, I immediately started working with your dealership to get me out of this dangerous vehicle. I no longer felt safe. I understand you really only care about your bottom line and will never make it right for me. That vehicle should never have been for sale and I'm sure it wouldn't have been if your service department had inspected it properly. Since it really should never have been for sale, and I'm the sucker who bought it, the least you should have done was apologize for missing the structural issue, the traction light, and the seat belt light. U should have been happy to give me a full refund. Im just glad no one was hurt and that I kept insisting something was wrong. Your service department didn't even find the structural issue when I brought it back in, I had to go to a better shop. You should consider having someone else do your inspections. You obviously don't think you should do what's right, so continuing this back and forth conversation is pointless. No need to respond unless someday you see the big picture and decide to pay what you owe me.

Worst experience ever
We had the worst experience ever with Gresham Dodge and Jeep! Walked in with CASH IN HAND TO PURCHASE a vehicle. I had negotiated a price with Eric and we had signed the paperwork agreeing to the discount, as we were paying cash. NO JOKE.... after paperwork was signed, Eric and Mike came back and said, "we made a mistake and you will need to pay the original price! SERIOUSLY.... we've already signed! We refused to pay more, done deal- MANAGEMENT(Eric Holms and Mike Crane) IS HORRIBLE, refused to come and speak with us or lower price back to what we agreed and signed for. We were told you can take it or leave it, they refused to contact the General Manager,Joe Levitt because it was his day off and he cannot be bothered. Well, we left it, even if they were to come back and sell for the amount we signed to, at this point-it's a waste of time and insult after the frustration they have caused- they've wasted our time and insulted us, let me remind you we had cash in hand and we are not talking a small amount. Customer service is key, I feel bad for the sales guy, Josh. The greedy finance manager or onsite managers (Eric and Mike) lost him the sale. We are talking about this being the easiest deal they would have done.. AGAIN, we had cash in hand! I will never do business with this company! They need to understand how to full-fill their commitments and honor their pricing. What game they tried to play today is totally unethical and slimy.

Tabitha, after speaking with Eric and the salespeople involved, it appears there are some discrepancies. You called the dealership after seeing the vehicle online for $10,990 and offered us $10,000. The sales person Josh could not commit to the offer but invited you in to the dealership to take a look at the vehicle. While here you inquired about the amount of sales tax in Washington and submitted an offer of $10,400. The only paperwork that was filled out and signed was your offer, your info sheet, and privacy statement. The offer was rejected by the sales manager as it was less than our cost and you rightfully decided to leave. I'm sorry we couldn't come to an agreement on the price, but we weren't willing to take a loss on the vehicle. - Joe Leavitt, GM
